I did. the first time I saw the 4922 with a friend who is an acredited dealer, I tested it on my dishes and realised a 10% lost of quality reception I informed my dealer. later that night I sent a message of enquiry through the strong technology site. the follwing morning a gentlyman called me on my fon and introduced himself as belonging to the strong tecnology team. he asked wher I saw the receiver and when i indicated the source he confirmed it was their genuine product. I got one for my self. Not satisfied with the reception quality I again sent a message to the strong site to draw their attention andto find out if some thing could be down. A few days later my friend the dealer called to inform me that he has been informed by some one from the strong distribution line 4922A has been rolled out. and it solves the problem of the RF output. I got it and its the same in reception. when I uploaded the s/w 115 I realise it was eqiped with a facility to check for genuineness of the set I did check and it was confirmed again the set was a genuine strong product. there were some of the communication which a member of the strong team did with me by email if you are interested I will forward them.

Currently KKTV is down at my end and I believe it is so every where

@all, I have notice of late a notice of warning from my McAfee antivirus site adviser indicating that the Crosat Wizkid stong site is a dangeous site. Has anyone such experience? Has anyone downloaded any software from the site and used it? if any what was the end result?

It depends on your country. in Tamale, Ghana you can get one for GHC 150.00 (One hundred and fifty cedis) you may convert if in another country. Happy new year

@ all just aquire a strong 4922 decoder and after mounting it on my dish I realise a signal drop of 10. that's Multi TV which had a quality reception of 90% now reads 80% MYTV Africa 78% all other stations ranging from 68E to 43W has recorded same reduction. I will be grateful if this phenomena could be explained. Do I need to realign my dish? Bye the way the dish is a 2.4m mesh converted to solid (pictures were presented on the forum some time ago)

Jackobite: it functioning right 69z with some patch only source for frequencies and symborate on blindscan but some will download up to 80% and load channel&radio.but answer this did your decoder show option in menu mode i.e dongle facilities now?

Yes, on the installatiion menu option is available for SSSP, Dongle 1 and 2, Wireless slave and wireless slave 1 &2. the software version is SRT4669Z_ALL_MyTV_113p_20111121

@ all when I blind scan Intelsat 7, 10 68E on my SRT 4669Z no TV channel is got but when I auto scan or manually scan it is able to receiver over 60 channels. All other satellites respond to blind scanning perfectly. Please members of the house any explanation to this phenomena

I personally bought a receiver for a friend, verified from strong tecnologies and it was authenticated as a genuine strong product. Some where last week he called to inform me he just put it on and realied on his screen OTA upgrading which he did not understand. I asked that he allows it to finish which he did. I observed that the said receiver since it was purchased over a year or two was never been updated. This make me think that the OTA might be occuring on receivers on the MyTV network who's software might be found to be outdated. We could findout more and what version of the upgrade is.

KKTV is green and alive on 12601 v 3095. it is only that signals are low. With Joy TV at 88% KKTV is at 58%. What I have realised is that when you switch from any of the channels on MULTI TVs 12552 V 19531 to KKTV it takes about a minute to turn to green. Currently watching Gospel Music on KKTV now

To the best of my knowledge not all the softwares of 4669x have this feature. the later ones have (though I can't tell from which level but I believe 125 to the latest 132 will do). With the software on your receiver insert a flashdisk (pendrive) into your receiver ad press 0 on the remote and you are done with your snapshort of the current scene you are watching. thank you

do you mean STV1, STV1 on Sirus 4(AStra 4A at 4.8E) still broadcast Boom TV

the Amos 5 stations I got are RR Promo, Fashion World, RTG TV, Kingdom and Wassaman TV1. At the same time on a different TP I got AB3 Animaux (FTA) AB Moteeurs Cine Pola and others more without a shift of the dish (thus same dish same lnb same location. Take a look at this pic.
The TP for Amos 5 ku is the same as posted by Gadoto (11.919 V 27500). It hit Green at 52% while the TPs on Eutelsat 16A at 16E were hitting 79%

Quite right I tracked Eutelsat 16E using a 6o cm dish and accidentally it pop up the two sat were on the same dish same lnb but after 3 days or so Amoc 5 ku disappeared. i wanted to observe the phenomenon for some time before informing the house but like the wind it fizzled out
