Well said, that means it depends on the leading of the Spirit of God in a the life of a willing Christian to be in areas such as that. Many also do not follow or have not trained their innerman well enough to follow His leading. Some hear Him as a feeling, some have trained themselves enough. Whatever the case, you need to depend on God; remember, The footsteps of the righteous are ordered together by God.
