Assnal have made the UCL final though not as recent as Dortmund's. Finalist doesn't matter anyway, it's the trophy that counts the most. Plus Dortmund aren't the force they used to be when they reached that stage.

There are exceptions to every rule or to some rules, and using my European titles benchmark will see Dortmund topple Assnal, but I believe Arsenal is bigger than Dortmund.

When it comes to total trophies, Assnal beats them. When it comes to number of leagues won, Assnal beats them. Assnal loses out against them in the European scene but with more financial warchest, fans, more power to compete for players over Dortmund, I'll go for Assnal being bigger than Dortmund.


It's highly debatable, but I think I'll go with Assnal on this one.

If Kompany was a Spanish player, Ramos and Pique would've made sure he rots on the bench. The Fabregas that you listed as world-class played understudy to Xavi and Iniesta. To get a shirt during Spain's dominant era no be moi-moi.

So national team levels plays a part in it. I still consider Kompany as a top defender, though. Koscielny is a quality defender, the team he plays for are not top quality.

No, I wouldn't. But you know United can afford to buy Neymar, and that's not possible in Inter/AC Milan's case. Chelsea and City are far more richer than them can easily outprice them when it comes to competing for any player. That's the difference. Most Players these days think about money first before any other thing.

Like the number of great players that the clubs have churned out or had played for the clubs. The exploits of the clubs at the biggest stage outside their league. Arsenal have underwhelmed outside EPL.

English league is the most watched league and the richest too, and therefore you'll expect fans of top English clubs to be bigger than the rest of other leagues clubs.

That's why I think Arsenal is bigger than them currently, but if there's any legit club ranking based on past achievements or history, Inter would definitely top Assnal.

This pattern is very much okay, because if Mourinho decides to go with youths all through, lack of experience will affect the team. Rebuilding with young players that can give us many years of good football together with one or two experienced players will balance the equation.

Rose is another good LB I don't mind us going for. The reason I didn't list him as an option during this transfer period was coz of Levy and his high price tag on Tottenham players, in addition to Rose's injury record. Barring his injury record, I'll be elated to have Rose in our ranks. He's very good. Rose and a Martial partnership will be priceless.

I need that guy. Barring his occasional madness, he'll be a good buy for us. He's young, energetic, flies through wings from his RB position with so much pace, and he's defensively strong. A suitable competition for Valencia and with him being young, will have many years of service to give us.

Pogba's nonchalant, lackadaisical and showboating attitude is his greatest demerits and the reason I never wanted him. Second season is about to start and he's the same ol' limelight-craving teenager. There's is a reason why I'd always want players like Matuidi or hardly criticise a player like Roy Keane. I hate showboating with passion and these serious aforementioned players don't have it. It's the reason why I love Hererra.

I'll continue to reiterate that until he realises that doing simple things and helping his team-mates is the best to fulfil potential, he'll end up another bundle of talent that never got to live up to his hype.

Fabregas at his age was already a midfield kingpin, passing opponents out of the park and sharing assists like say na national cake. He did all those things without the unnecessary baggage of showmanship.

You can choose to always protect Pogba all you want, I won't. I'll criticise him and praise him as well. Sugarcoating words coz he costs us 89m ain't my style.

The only reason Pogba had a better game was coz he can't be benched while Hererra is benchable. Pogba on the same minutes as Hererra was just as poor as Hererra.

when the team came under immense pressure he found it difficult to keep the ball upfield or draw fouls when it was lumped to him. Varane got the better of him IMO many times. I didn't say he played poorly, but he didn't offer enough succor upfield when the team needed salvation. he can improve that aspect of his game.

If Mourinho goes for 3-5-2, Lukaku will have less burden to shoulder and have the freedom he desires. I love his tenacity and ability to contest every ball. He might succeed at United.
