This can truly be very, very embarrassing! A room mate of mine (name withheld) used to bedwet and this was unknown to all of us in the room until the 2nd semester. you are still quite young IMO, and the longer you have dwell on the "what ifs, buts, wish, shoulda, woulda, couldas" of life especially at this stage, the more it will definitely impair you more. then when you reach 40, you will wish you were still in your 30s because you haven't achieved anything. and the wishing continues, till when? 90?

and what guarantees do you have that if you were in your 20s, you would have achieved security?

just reduce your sodium intake. buy foods with little to no salt. unsalted snacks/foods. read labels and know their sodium servings. when cooking foods reduce your the amount of salt you put it. overall just simply watch your salt intake, your body still needs salt but just monitor your intake levels. also remember reduce salt intake have a positive effect on your blood pressure
