sorry if youre having/still having issues with my comments i cant help you with that. the best i can suggest to you is get over it. i dont have to explain anything further to you. i wouldnt let my support and love for science cloud every aspect of my personal judgement. just because its science and i believe/support/love it doesnt mandate me to accept every little thing they "discover". comprende? quite unfortunate of you to bring such issue over to this thread cause i know when and where to draw the line between science and religion. nothing in your above descrioption qualifies her as being "werid" cause at the end of the day, its her body. her choice. as long as she [b]fully [/b]understands the risks of CS to NB. many women tend to prefer CS cause they don't fully understand the risks associated with their option and see it as being the pain free.easy choice which is far from what it is. while nothing can replace benefits and low risk of NB as compare to CS at the end of the day she has the choice to make. i dont think that women who choose CS should be stigmatized cause what matters most at the end for mothers is a healthy baby either through NB or CS.

it'd be very nice if we have a womens health subsection cause 'our health issues' are quite complicated. but i pointed out the womens health thing in reference to the threads agathmari posted. they fitted more into the health section than the science board she was suggesting.

agatha, of course am not against it. just that those threads were more appropriate for the health section. the only thing i think might be an issue will be due to the probable lack of interest in the board and interactive topics. most peeps arent really into all those science stuffs. but there is certainly no harm in trying (?)

domestic violence/abuse is never ok be it man or woman. but sadly enough, domestic abuse against men is hardly heard of despite it happening all due to societal expectation of masculinity.

many reasons factor in. some fear their daughter will suffer because her future husband wouldnt be able to meet her needs especially financial needs. so, according to them they want to 'protect' her future and her future children

secondly, it has also to with expectations/shame. when you belong to such high elite club in society more is expected of you especially when it comes to marriage. nobody want to be shamed/back-stabbed because of their daughter married a church rat. so, expectations plays a higher role

lastly, some want to maintain the status quo in terms of their child marrying from same elite group so as to keep the wealth in the 'loyal group'

also, it wouldnt surprise you to know that some parents from this high end clubs think that some men are incapable of love and undeserving of their daughter because they are church rats.

and no, there is nothing wrong with helping the man build up his wealth but the thing is this same 'loyal groups' wouldnt allow it because first you are suffering their daughter and secondly you as a man should be able to build yourself up before speaking of marriage
