Narrated 'Aisha:
The Prophet died while his armor was mortgaged to a Jew for thirty Sa's of barley (which is 97.2 kilos of barley.)

This hadith says Muhammed visited her parents when she hit puberty and talks about the Quraish , So Aisha was living with her parents when she hit puberty and Muhammed visited her according to this hadith and it talks about the Quraish which suggests this was before 622
