Why is this judgement opposing the presidential judgement.

For the presidential judgement, a petition was struck out because the petitioner is not a member of the party and the petition is about intra party matter.

But this one is also intra party, why is this being used?

I'm considering modifying the competition rules. Moving forward, only committed and serious participants will be allowed. To be eligible, participants must have an account age of at least six months and a history of activity on the thread. A request to assess their qualifications will be necessary before extending an invitation.

While the competition results can be made public, the primary method of joining will be through invitation. The competition will run for three months. To qualify for a $10,000 challenge, participants must achieve a minimum of 10% profit, and their drawdown (DD) must not exceed 10%. Additionally, they must actively trade for a minimum of one month to be eligible for the prize.

We will utilize a Darwinex $10,000 demo account, which should be linkable to my FXBlue account. However, I still need to confirm whether the demo account will expire within that three-month period. It's important to note that Darwinex offers lower leverage, allowing only a maximum of 0.1 lot size and a maximum of two positions at a time. Participants must be willing to adhere to these rules if they win the challenge account; otherwise, they will face a permanent ban.

Am in severe pain this morning, I took some trades yesterdayz left it overnight, the spread widened and daily drawdown was breached. It was all my fault, I over leveraged the account in a bid to recover earlier loss. I failed myself and missed an opportunity.

I have stated many times on this thread on why I believe Trading is Gambling

in no way am I trying to paint trading in a bad light, I used to be highly against the notion of trading not being gambling until my losses in forex started piling up.


I began to make some research on gambling and the similarities was staggering....

a gambler makes bets, a trader places trades
a gambler looks at odds, a trader Risk to Reward
a gambler looks at team stats, a trader Backtests
a gambler and a trader both have winning streaks
and losing streaks
both are constantly trying to predict the future
both believe they can achieve financial freedom
both have 95% who lose money constantly and 5% who make large withdrawals
both can lose all their fortune in a day

but at the end of the day Forex traders have it worst, why? they still want to believe they are not gamblers,, and that right there makes it difficult for their brains to fully permit them to take on the mindset and form of a Truly profitable Trader...

You do not know the difference between trading the forex market and gambling the forex market. You can never lose your whole fortune in a day if trading the forex market but you can if gambling the forex market

Tentative winners from our August competition. Waiting for a last minute to round it up.

The # will be disqualified on the basis of not meeting up with the active users criteria.
We will henceforth be more strict with new users. Investigation showed some of our old monikers are trying to be deceitful by trying to use their wife, father, mother, girlfriend, baby mama, side chick, son, daughter to operate second account. It was like a set up this month of August. So I received about five different people claiming one of actually my account hit DD but this account is for my side chick and it hit 10%. Oh. My account failed but my mother account hit 10%. It is not easy to be active on two different monikers if you are not active. We will assume you are using two different monikers and accounts.



Lets take it slowly biko.

3 months dey okay to revisit your self and correct whatever is wrong.....
But me sha believe say this TFT competition way of getting account isnt worth it...
Na gamble most of wey hit 10% gamble...

I was just lucky....
