Hey Skimanski,

You deserve double gold on this project lol. All your workers deserve it too

Thanks a Lot Sir! That means a lot.

The man that sees tomorrow!!! I'm with you on that ooo. With capital partnership like you, we can get that done

n3xt:
Make God give us money What stops someone sponsoring a programme "Drab2Fab" where Skimanski turn a boring design into something modern.

I tell you, it'll make a lot of sense. I'm looking in that direction especially with some estates (their showhomes), or just face lifting a boring shop design.

It's season of reality shows. A builder takes a part of the house (say Kunle Afolayans studio)and make it over.

Skimanski, that's up to you. What's your take?

Oga Egun, which kind structure be this? Na for human or for what?

EgunMogaji:
From an American perspective, he is very good.

I'll like him to build a petite high rise for me.

If I no build your house for this country I no go die. My oga himself? You are my sure inspiration.

mufutau55:
If Skimanski no build one house for me, I no go die...
And nah my village, wey all villagers go know say I don arrive.

Hajji M.

abdulwastecx:
I watch the video where alluded that though the house was designed by a young architect but tweak the house to his taste,. He continued by saving all the interior are his ideas...

I kind of like the concept but execution and interiors were terribly odd

Interior his Idea!!? hmmm I wander ooo. I will like to see how that came out too. considering what he did with the Exterior.

agarawu23:
Kunle afolayan's building looks somehow, it's not my money but the design looks stupid. Even the house has over 98% negative comment

I am aiming to rap.e the architect and the owner soon

Its possible what was Designed was Different from what was Built. And its also possible he gave the project to someone with a Relationship instead of a proper Professional.

That house no just try at all. Reminds me of Linda Ikeji's House. very poor Architecture for such an amount.

You can bet I'm taking samples from your bathroom tiles. I already compiled the list of tiles you've displayed here before. I just want to finish the selection of floor tiles first before concluding on bathrooms. I will send them to your mail soon so you can link me up.

In the meantime, can your supplier help with the floor tiles in the pictures below?

Also if I may ask, who are these guys, would love to meet them as see if they have Options for me on this project.

FastShipping:
I sent you an email.

Still Looking our for your email ooo Sir. Please send me your email address so that I write you an email

FastShipping:
Oga, I need floor tiles. I have been shown some that are good but I still believe there are better ones out there than what I've been shown so far. Some were sent to me recently and they are just okay but they are just not what I envisioned. I selected the two best tiles out of numerous ones sent to me but the two are still not up to it for me. Below are the two I set aside from the list sent to me.

I urgently need 24inch by 24inch polished porcelain or glazed porcelain tiles for my floor.

Can you hook your boy up, please?

I think I understand What you mean by they are just ok. Judging from the way we have been Talking overtime, you need more unconventionality in the way the Tiles you want should look like. I like the Top one more than the Bottom ones.

Will try and get some Pictures sent to you or better Still will Send you someone's Number. You call her and she'll furnish you with some Pics. But note, the more unique the Tiles look, the More expensive they are Sold. But if you see any tile in any of my Thread that you like, do not hesitate to bring it to my Notice. because most of our Wall tiles we lay around our threads are Floor tiles, but we Just Use it on Walls because It looks fine. Some Samples attached.

What ever happened to this Thread. The Designs were really nice. Please more posting and More ways to Move Architecture Forward.
