My fear now is the neighboring towns outside of Anambra, especially those in IMO state. These include places like Orsu, Awo, Mgbidi, Orlu, which have already been taken over by criminal gangs . The interesting part is that Gov Hope is from Omuma in Oru east, a 10 mins drive to Anambra state. He is fully aware of the situation but has done nothing.
When this operation takes effect, they will shift base to these places outside of Anambra.
Soludo is at least Showing some leadership by this initiative. But can same be said of his Imo counterpart? Knowing that Governor Hope is unconcerned with the serious security challenges in his state, those places would become safe haven and interstate operating base for the non state actors. These places are so closed to each other that one can walk into a bush in Anambra to fetch firewood for cooking in his house in Imo state.
Any meaningful security solution would only be achieved through a coordinated strategy by these sister states. Don’t be deceived by the arbitrary land boarders. I can't put mouth in this discussion because I don't discuss what I don't understand anything about it.

Let me explain it to you.
If you live abroad and have a credit card, you can buy something with it and return that thing , without the seller asking you why. Your bank will return the money you paid for the item.
Sometimes, some people will lie that they did not receive the service and still get refunded. Because them know say those big companies no get their time. But that behavior is bad. Moreover, those companies fit write the item off as loss during taxes.
So, na the same lie those abroad people carry come Nigeria, eat nkwobi, pepper soup and asu , drink big stout and Hennessy finish come dey lie say them no chop. Say make bank refund the money.

Just like the parable, your heart is now like a rock, no seed can grow on it anymore.

Next time, before you accept credit from them, make sure they sign your receipt and request for the foreign drivers license or passport . Take a picture of the receipt with their signature and the drivers license and the credit care.

What you read in the books are some people experiences in their society or environment, which might be totally different to yours and the way your society works. I've read so many books including rich dad you mentioned, but later realised that alot of circumstances do change things along the journey of life. Life or let me say living is dynamic and not static, it is not what you totally measure by another people experiences or direction.

You are lucky that they have started using the granite for the building. Now , they can’t deny they did not order the granite. Take pictures of the granite being used.
Make an official report to the police and get a statement from the driver.

Yeah, my location is in Akwa Ibom and mostly all the granites, stones here are brought from Akampa/Odukpani (The transportation alone plus clearance, permit & levies etc makes it more expensive)

Why would you choose to buy granite from Akamkpa to Akwa Ibom when Calabar Itu road is un passable. The truck could spend a week on that road. A distance that normally is less than 1 hour 30 mins. Buying from Ebonyi should have been easier and cheaper. We bought for #700k the last time.

I think what he needs to get right is the correct measurement (to avoid over buying the tiles), sand, cement, and transportation. Transportation and offloading can take more than you expected.
