The main problem is that almost all the companies listed there have their branches across all states in Nigeria. So they make their money from these states but that profit is tallied at the headquarters in Lagos. Meaning In theory that a company in Lagos is making the profit and then the taxes are collected by Lagos government. How is this right? |
Very bad and unbecoming |
Hycon:It’s most likely wall tiles are involved and there are bigger size tiles. For the genesis, you will definitely see where they would be installed. So no wayo for that one. Secondly, the quantity of cement is in agreement with the quantity of sand . I would assume you have about 250 square meters to work on. |
Igbos need to tell themselves the truth. This is beyond just talking point. They need to do something. |
SA is not one of the places I wound want to visit. They can keep their Visa / passport free. |
Why is nobody talking about France government collapse after BAT’s visit with all the fanfare? They next question now would be, is he the one that collapsed it? But they forget that failure is infectious. |
I was telling somebody the other day that wherever you hear issues of insecurity in Nigeria, natural resources is discovered or about to be discovered. |
twinskenny:But flat roofs are not inclined enough to give the solar panels the required reflective angle. For optimal rays from the sun to reach the panels, both must be at 90 degrees (perpendicular) to each other. Now, here is where it gets tricky. The sun is only overhead ( straight 90 degrees with a flat roof) just at around midday. For the most of the day, after rising at the East in the morning with little intensity, the sun orients to the the west for the rest of the day. And this duration is when it it most intense. Therefore, ideally the solar panel should incline to make that 90 degrees with sun rays coming from the west. A flat roof would need additional studs to achieve this orientation unlike an already inclined roof. |
HitSong:When the poor youth copper lady refused to do eye service in Kwara, they tore her bra. |
Came4amod:Yes, that is how they like to enjoy protein whether fish or meat. They enjoy eating sushi, which is actually raw fish with rice. They also prefer the see the red part of meat when it it served. |
Dittodat:You people are very shameless two faced manipulative entities. How many of you folks have condemned Wike on his activities and interference with the River state presidential election results? Do you want to pretend you do not know way Tinubu compensated him with FCT Minister? |
If something is not beneficial or not working the way it should, then it’s should be discarded. So many non state actors have hijacked the movement to perpetuate all sorts of criminal activities. Open daylight robbery , extortion, intimidation, restriction of movement, parading with all sorts of weapon is not part of a healthy society. Let’s call a spade a spade. Ndi Igbo need a rethink. Breeding of illegal gangs and groups is a backward option that is causing serious setbacks within alot of communities. Let be truthful to ourselves. We have missed it, let’s not flog this dead horse. |
Tinubu sponsored campaign. This is a way to further divide SS and SE votes and at the same time finally split PDP votes if Atiku will also run under PDP. Assuming GEJ would run under a different party. |
Whose area of specialty is it to install interior wall panels ? Is it Carpenter, pop guys, mason or interior decoraters? Or does it depend on the material of the wall panel? |
She could bring a civil lawsuit against the teacher, the school and ministry of education. Now that they have openly accepted guilt. There should be monetary compensation especially from the ministry, for the misconduct of their own employee. By the way, assault is a criminal offense. In a saner clime, the teacher ought to have been arrested. |
To solve this tax issue, it better that all multinationals that want operator in other states must have their headquarters in Abuja. Abuja should be collecting that VAT not Lagos . Even if it’s one room to represent as headquarters in Abuja. |
It’s not true. APC e-warriors have already convinced me that PH refinery is working at full capacity. Nobody should come and tell me otherwise. |
While their mates are learning a trade or hustling at idumota, ladipo, Alaba and co, they are stealing in ikorodu. Tomorrow, they will say those ones were opportunist. |
HBB1:Look at this frustrated he goat. It is your father that is gaslighting. A minute ago he just admitted that Igbos developed his ancestral land and rented the houses to his forefathers. Is it my fault that laziness runs in your bloodline? Now he is running around and grasping on every straw of word for excuses and denials. An iimbecile with no iota of shame whose life is about to be cut short from COPD due to rusted roof. Go ask your parents who were agbo traders where they found money to build houses. Your progenitors stole Igbo”s property but could not maintain it. Now everything is falling apart on their head. The new strategy now is “Igbos go back to your place.” No sire, it won’t work this time. Take your theiving eyes off Igbos properties in the SW. Get off your lazy ass and find something doing for your miserable life. |
Thank God I made a very wise decision years ago |
HBB1:Now the truth is coming out little by little. So Igbos have been buying up your ancestral land and developing them with rental properties even before the 60s. You generation must be ashamed of your malady for you to think everyone is a unity begger like your folks. It’s goods that you never denied having family in SE as well. Child of circumstance with poverty infested rusty brown . Most of which were converted from the Igbos during war. But they couldn’t maintain them. Guess why? It’s easy come easy go. |

HBB1:If that 1 hour video of clusters of rusted brown roofs in Ibadan is what you call development and a point of reference , then your case is irredeemable. I swear, there is nowhere to shame someone who has no shame. Your plan is to inherit Igbos property in Ibadan like you did in 1967.. It will not work this time. Igbos are not going anywhere. You want one Nigeria, yet you are threatening Igbos to leave your place. Are you that confused or just being a retard? Imagine an asshole who cannot change common roofing since 1800 claiming beneficiary of foreign investments in Nigeria. Of course, your lies and deceitful ways will never let you know yourself. You can start by telling us what you will do with these your family members living in Aba.

Blessedsunny2:Is the Royal wooden tiles super polish, rustic or mate? |
HBB1:The quest for actualization of Biafra. Same goal. The investors that did not come since 1960? Or the ones that came, how did it benefit your family? Below is the best picture from Ibadan you could find. What a shame! All I am saying is that you stop sharing living space with the ghost of your ancestors.

HBB1:The average life span of a shingle roofing is about 15 years. Those old buildings you see in western world are often maintained to livable standard. It cost about $20-25k to change roofing for a single family home. They can afford it, and they do it. A similar house in America built in 1800 like those in Ibadan (as you pointed out) must have had their roofs changed up to 10 times. So, don’t compare your poverty lifestyle with that. The reason Ibadan is covered with brown is poverty. An average family in Ibadan can’t afford over #6-#10M to change their roof. That is the simple truth. It’s a reflection of the economic situation. Secondly, those houses in Ibadan are jointly owned as inheritance. Individual families live in their own share of a room and parlor. That is what lazy people do, since they refused to leave their father house to go fend for themselves. Look at the two pictures below; and conclude for yourself between petty trading and “brain power”, which is more productive. Lastly, tell yourself the truth for once . Which of those two places in the picture looks “dead” ? Just a little American history 101 for you. Civil disobedience is an integral part towards destiny manifestation, without which you are doomed with subjugation. The founding fathers of the America you so alluded to staged a Tea Party to free themselves from unjust governance. They forcefully took over a ship load of tea from their oppressors and declared a Tea party . That was the beginning of the new order in contemporary America. Secondly, they did not fold their arms when their communities were being quartered by British soldier. They kicked out the soldiers.

HBB1:“Economically vibrant” with brown roof to show for it. Wait until you develop COPD from rust and asbestos. Even Americans are still going to China and the Middle East for work and business opportunities. The only reason people from SE go to SW is because you folks are too lazy to harnesses the little opportunities available in your place. All you want to do is to sell land.
|
HBB1:That is the hustler in an average Igbo person. They do not wait to inherit an 1800 dirty and rusty house from their ancestor like you all do in Ibadan. Instead, they go out there to see what the future holds. There is no pride in laziness but your kind and folks celebrates it. |
HBB1:I will proudly list this five cities from the SE Aba, Onitsha, Enugu, Owerri and Awka. as vibrant cities. Please other than Lagos that was a former federal capital, list 5 cities that you can honestly say are thriving in the whole of SW. I can help you thou, Abeokuta, Ilorin, Osogbo, Edo Ekiti and Ibadan. Lol! |
HBB1:All these inside here? You are delusional and not ready to help your folks.
|
HBB1:Where is the picture of Ibadan GRA? Modified: I found it . What a shame
|
HBB1:This settles it
