Christopher100: Good evening house. I am about reapplying for TRV and I intend not to submit my passport alongside with my Documents. The reason is because the visa may take longer time like my first application and I may have a call from my company for a business trip to the UK. Kindly advise me on the implications of not submitting passport alongside with documents during visa application........ Go for online application. You don't submit international passport for online application |

itengr: advise pls...i own a plot of land but have only receipt of payment to show for it. Can I use dis as home tie? A deed by a lawyer showing the transfer of the land to you would be better along side your receipt. |

Markab: When did you apply? Well, the common mistake we make while linking an application often occur when filling our Given names, it's written as Given Name while we are required to input our first Name and Middle name but we often fill in our first name (just 1 name). CIC ought have pluralised the name or better still written as Given Name (s). So please retry by filling in the your two names in the GIVEN NAME box while you retain your surname in the Family name box as required.
GoodLuck It worked Thank you |

Austinpee4: Not needed. Common law union declaration are for couples that are not married by law but by habit and repute. Informal union. If you are legally married which i believe you are, you don't need the IMM5409 form. Only declare your marital status in the field provided and also include the marriage certificate as proof. Thanks alot boss. I appreciate |

princeadedayo: Study permit is the letter authorizing you to study in any post secondary institution in Canada. It is usually given to you at the border when u arrive in Canada. TRV which means temporary resident permit or visa is the paper/design attached to your visa. The TRV is what allows u enter into Canada. This can be single entry or multiple entry. Multiple means u can travel in and out of Canada. But when u apply for visa u apply for study permit but both are usually treated and approved or denied.
