There are lots factors involved.
1 the ladies always wanting it big (talk of the week)
2 parents and mostly relatives with their heavy billing and conditions.
(our daughter just merit the best )

3 I have to be honest here, tradition is not helping with ridiculous billing (its our tradition and it should be a must 2 do this particular part to complete the rites)
4 peer discouragement, (some of my freinds keep trying 2 instill fear in my mind. Wetin... maKe man pikin reach 40yrs before things go soft ?j )
5 The economy picks 92% problem why young men shy away 4rm it. so they hustle 4rm their mid 20s to early 40s(thats when a man is stable in this )
The expense involved. both traditional marraige and white... abt 2 go and collect the list 4 mine soon. can u beleive what my woman told me?

she said am gonna collect a peice of paper with requirements for the sum of eight 2 h ten thousand naira (dats what her coz told her)

Bro, to be the world's most valuable brand no be beans. They don't make low end devices, all their products are premium and its what separates the rich from the ordinary. a very rich man would buy a Mercedes Benz or a Porsche or Bentley to distinguish himself from the mid class that drives a Toyota. Apple might not give a hoot about the African market but u will be surprised there are lots of Nigerians that use iPhones. majority of celebrities use iPhones to distinguish themselves from the others, because no matter how u put it, someone that uses a Samsung and someone that uses and Infinix, all na Android.

Overrated.. NO. Overpriced.. YES. But if I am the only person that sells a particular product, I can price is for any amount I like, people that are tied to that ecosystem will buy it. A lot of people still think iPhones are still the same as iPhones of I0S 8. The new iPhones have improved from what they use to be and IOS 11 has brought a lot of features to counter its limitations. Still a closed system but that exclusiveness is what makes it different and special. If u don't like IOS then buying an iPhone is pointless. If u like IOS.. well u have no choice but to buy an iPhone.

Because it is exclusive, the only phone that runs on IOS. Someone can carry an $800 Galaxy S9 plus running android 8.0.. someone else will bring out a $120 Tecno phone running same Android 8.0. But u can never find a cheaply made iPhone or any other phone running IOS. That's the difference.

Am still not convinced.

Sometimes i feel the iphone is overrated and overpriced. p

These european brands lack market strategies, and hardly satisfy consumerso. hence this situation. I even thought The great(back then) nokia was almost going the same route. Good riddance(4rm a sentimental point)

Battery life yes, not just Samsung but most flagship phones struggle with battery life. Good for infinix to add a 4,000mah battery to this phone, but left for me I will take a smaller battery and and better display than a poor display and better battery. Personal opinion.

Speak for urself. Samsung Galaxy j7 prime has exynos 7870, (better than sd430), 1080p FHD display (compared to this infinix crap 720p), better camera with f/1.9. And it's sold for 80k.. sure better than buying this for 62k

A better camera, (wont argue that) but its a obvious fact that your 80k device dont have what the average nigerian wants, a strong lasting battery, tell urself the truth, its a proven fact that samsung device's have a very poor battery life (am speaking 4rm experience)
I am nt really that in support of the price of the S3, but i will gladly pick this device over an 80k device with a poor battery life,--!.
