Romance › Re: My Friend Has Been Seducing Me- I'm Confused. by slap1(m): 6:39am On Mar 04, 2015
A girl nearly 'rap.ed" me in my 2nd year in school. I resisted her overtures. From that day I got maximum respect from her. Anytime I'm broke, she'll be there. I benefited from her after that day. Till today, she considers me her best friend, something I might have lost to some minutes of craze.

The best advice is the one you give yourself.

Tell your hubby your concerns. His reassurance that it doesn't change his love for you should make you feel much better (as I believe you fear his love may falter) . As for outsiders, you could start wearing cup bra or something (I'm a guy, don't know much about those).

And please, don't do transplant; it might lead to something else. Don't think much about other nursing mothers who have firm bossoms. Love yourself.

Conquer your fears. The only way to have a highway driving experience is to drive on the highway. Like someone said, obey the rules of driving. Safe trip.

Don't you have any significant savings after all the contracts? If you do, take a bold step and stop her from working there. If not, stop her still. She's overripe for divorce if your story is true.

Hopefully Gabriel Paulista cements his place on the starting eleven. Per 'draw soup' Mertesacker has been slow and inconsistent. I wish Giroud was equally dropped. But no problem, Chamberlain makes me confident with his direct and robust style of play.

Rapmoney:
The most annoying part is that people save to marry! Is it suppose to be that way?
It's shameful. I believe it's responsible for the high rate of cohabitation in our society. I see a Nigeria where youths will one day prise themselves from the negative stranglehold of such traditions and live more freely.

These days people say it's not easy to get married, not because finding a good wife is hard but because 'buying' one is. I took pity on the guy that married my younger sister last year. I was there; I felt like telling the elders "Enough!" Sadly, a majority of the things on the list goes to the kinsmen who may have contributed nothing to the growth of the bride. It's high time we requested for an invoice after every marriage transaction.

I went to a hospital some years back for injections. When it was time, the nurse rudely said "Remove your boxers!" Just like that! I was not happy that she didn't even think of a more polite way of saying it.

Do not really believe in that evil spirit stuff. It's just taking chance. The greatest weapon of rapists is fear on the part of the victim. If women know this and put up a confidence level of say 20% and challenge these guys the guys in turn lose almost 80% of their inertia. I am talking of these random rapists and not those kind of criminals who are on drugs and on a mission. Most cases of rape I read of these days are carried out by normal everyday guys who just try their luck just if the woman will be overwhelmed with fear. Women need to know when to give in to fear when faced with these circumstances. Not every guy who attempts this should be allowed to succeed. There are guys who receive merciless beating from their wives and girlfriends but succeed in acts of rape just because the victims are too quick to give in for reasons of unfounded fear.
I agree, except the part about evil spirits. But let that pass.

The fear factor is mainly a result of the suddenness. Courage to put up a fight on the part of the victim should be helpful.

Question for the ladies here. How is it really possible for a boy of 20 to rape a woman successfully without the use of a gun, broken bottle or knife? I have heard many tales of women dealing ruthlessly with guys who attempt to rape them especially when unarmed and alone. There are very many dangerous things women could do to these beasts in a time like this. Really need to know that thing that keeps some women very helpless in this situation. Those fears could be discussed and thrashed here to help any woman who finds herself in this ugly situation.
I think the possibility of being caught unawares plays a part. And when a man is possessed by such evil spirit, his powers seem to double. It takes a bold enough lady and God's will to survive such attacks.

Gbawe:
I believe he is. Whether you agree or not, the fact is that genuine religious leaders worldwide do their work in the background without seeking attention. It is in Nigeria, and other over-religious nations full of gullible and oppressed citizens, that attention-seeking charlatan come out to tell us they have prayed to "avert" this and that. If you have done so and all is well then why go public with your thoughts? Those who genuinely believe in the advancement of humanity, whether their chosen field is religion or political leadership, never seek glory and attention for themselves.
I see your point. I agree.

Apostle Johnson Suleiman is not a hungry man. His prophecies are to be taken seriously. Thankfully he has prayed against it.
