Like as said earlier I am a frequent traveller on that route, there are times I drive alone as a lady on that route; and attack by robbers was very common in 2009, 2010 and even 2011. On more that three occassions I was a witness. I agree the robbers can strike anytime! But the rate has greatly reduced compared to some years back

I don't have any thing against anyone with their stories, please. ALL I am saying is that people should stop putting fears in the mind of travellers. May God continue to grant us journey mercies.

I really understand where ure coming from. As much as I'm also tempted 2 force myself 2 believing dat robbery incidents no longer happen on Lag/Ib expressway, I know dat wil only amount 2me fooling myself. I frequent dat expressway and my dad travels like every other day and we have never been attacked by robbers or seen any incident in front or something. Just 2day, I was travelling frm ib to lag and I just rem'd my friend's story of a robbery attack sometime last year. I thought 2myself dat d guy was only tryna scare me or maybe he wasn't sure of what he was saying and dey don't rob on d highway anymore only because my dad and I haven't experienced it as much as we travel. I'm sure I came across this thread this evening cuz God wants me 2 know that its only by His grace and nuthn else that we have been safe cuz these robbery incidents r for real.
