Coordinator of the Oodua People’s Congress (OPC), Gani Adams, has denied collecting money from President Goodluck Jonathan to help him garner votes from the South West in the just concluded Presidential balloting. The allegation against Adams was made by one Adeshina Akinpelu who described himself as a member of the National Coordinating Council of OPC in Ibadan, Oyo State capital. But a statement jointly signed by some executives of OPC claimed that Akinpelu has for a long time ceased to be a member of the National Coordinating Council of OPC after he was expelled in 2013 over alleged misconducts. The statement also alleged that “Akinpelu was sponsored by some politicians who feel threatened by Adams’ influence in the Yoruba land and his activities during the last Presidential election in which Adams didn’t hide his support for President Goodluck Jonathan”. “We hereby wish to notify members of the general public that the said Adeshina Akinpelu was neither a member of the National Coordinating Council nor the spokesperson of OPC. “For the records, he in fact ceased to be a member of the OPC, Oyo State chapter, since 2013 following his dismissal for gross misconduct,” the statement said. On the alleged disbursement of N1.6 billion to Adams by Jonathan, the statement said such money was never given to him (Adams) “for whatever purpose”. I would be unable to take someone back after they had violated the trust which was the foundation of our relationship. as long as you take people back, it will only reinforce the behavior. |

Being cheated on is probably the most devastating thing that can happen to a relationship short of the other person dying. Actually, it can feel like your partner has died when you find how he (or she) has been cheating. It feels like what you had together died. If your partner has cheated on you and you really loved him/ her and they promised they would never do it again and claim they realize there mistake. would you try it again or at least be there friend. 1 Share
