Drastic times require drastic measures I know but i feel this whole Amotekun stuff should be taken slowly,my major concern about this issue is what will happen to the Ametokun force after the herdsmen brohaha has been subsidized,will they be disbanded or will they be admitted into the Nigerian Force.For a case of them being disbanded,I don't know how they will make a man who has fought for half of his life to just drop the gun and live a normal life,so my thinking is that after the whole herdsmen issue,a new set of terrorist group will be formed from it,i think it will be better if an arm of the police force is created rather than creating a whole new security unit to curb the herdsmen menance,Thank u.

The "I am and my father and one " argument you are trying to throw in does not say anything in clear terms that Jesus was God's co-equal,it is just one in essence in a metaphorical sense.

"that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me."

Does this mean as Jesus said that God, himself and his disciples are one which according to your triune logic means they would be thirteen Gods put together like a sandwich or a sausage?

What he was inferring here by using the word "one" is, in essence;that is, God himself being the creator who sends down instructions, he (Jesus) and his disciples are one in unity of purpose not one in body or in the literal sense:.."

He(jesus) went further to paint a clearer picture here that he was only a messenger not God, how much more being His co-equal saying :
"so that they may BELIEVE that You (God) SENT me"

The point here is not about what you say or I say, but what the personality -Jesus who is at the centre of this whole argument say he is.

If he was God he would said it clearly without to tongue in his cheek.

The thing you Christian folks keep missing is, you just selectively read verses from your Bible that suits your narrative and think we can't dig up what you intentionally gloss over without asking questions.

when Paul was arrested by the Lord on his way to Damascus,he was going to do the devil's business so how can the devil visit him again and make him repent to spread the gospel,pls reason before typing.

Even if we look at the Bible holistically, it supports my claim very firmly that there is a difference between God and Jesus..

Jesus has often repeated by Christians as the only "begotten" son of God; is not the son of God in the literal sense, but allegorical sense.

Is just like an old man who sees me on the street and calls me "son" because I am dear to him, metaphorically he is correct, but literally he is wrong.
Because biologically speaking, I am not his son but a trusted confidant whom he takes a special liking to.

This is what the writers of the Bible, I think they are alluding to not that God has a physical son.

The Bible mentions many sons God.

He mentioned Ephraim as a son and his first born (a loyal servant or messenger of God)
(ref.Jeremiah 31:9)

He mentioned Jacob as His son and first born.
(ref. Exodus 4:22)

If you look closely, two personalities (Jacob and Ephraim) are mentioned as sons and first borns?
How is this?

He mentioned David as the son of God;and even went further that He(God) as begotten David.
(ref. Psalms 2:7)

He mentions in the book of Romans as God having sons.
(ref.Romans8:14)

But Christians will still go ahead to insist Jesus is the one and only true son of God thereby contradicting many biblical verses that also claims sonship for other personalities in the Bible.

This is the problem.

Who is the begotten son of God as claimed by "born again" Christians: Jesus or David?
lest you forget, begotten was used for both.
