PDP criminals now in APC. Next they will tell us PDP spoilt this country and we keep wondering.. |
Benekruku:Aside your erosion statement your first paragraph have some elements of truth in it. It will amaze you that its cheaper and safer for a businessman to transport his goods from China, USA etc to Lagos port. However, it is more expensive to transport that same goods from Lagos down to the east, lets say Onitsha main market. Bad roads, armed robbers, unncessary levy by every security agents in dis country be it Customs, Nigeria police force, Civil defense, road safety, even community vigilantees. Anytime you want to make an international flight you have to move down to Lagos. As a fresh graduate you are probably wasting your time searching for job in the east. No Federal govt presence in form of agencies. Companies run on profit maximisation and would prefer to establish close to Lagos. Yet the govt will say you are wrong for agitating. We dont even need govt presence, just an international airport and a port and watch what happens to your Lagos. Anyway, its Oga Jonathan that i will blame, now we will have Kano to Daura rail road. Yet project of more economic importance are yearning to be carried out |
michael142:Cant u just make your point without calling out an entire tribe. This guy is alive and watching his clock tick down, anyways i dont expect u to understand the pyschological impact of frustration and helplessness. I see a young man who is calm and strong at d face of extreme pain and potential death. |
Only in India u will see dis cases |
greatiyk4u:Bros, the fact here dat his son graduated from a Nigerian University, dont be bias about it, whether its private or Public its a Nigerian University. Your argument about school fees hold no water cos the school fees of convenant University is same as the cost of return tickets to some of dis european countries. We have not start talking about other expenses. Just commend the man. |
Just for the record...when you are married, u only have 1, i mean just 1 bestfriend. |
This is the kind of recommendation you get when you make appointments out of nepotism. The people making this recommendations come from just one side of the country, so what do you expect? |
Its normal news...there was a country. Mtcheew |
“Even in a family where the head of the family goes to the farm to harvest his yams those who accompany the farmer to the farm get more share. “When they bring back the yams some of them will be damaged, and the pieces are put out in one section. Then the whole yams are put into the barn and some will be sent to the market for sale. And some will be sent to the family centrally for distribution among the family units. “Those ones that are in pieces, the extras, will be shared among those that went to the farm. We did not benefit from the extras with people who went to the farm. We didn’t go to the farm in the south-east”, he added. When they bring back the yams some of them will be damaged, and the pieces are put out in one section. I love this analogy sir, this is the simplest explaination of Nigeria. However, i was disappointed when you failed to mention that the land that produces that yam comes from the south. Hence, the south do not need to farm on it in the first. Hence, its obvious there is fraud in the set up of this country. Secondly sir, the North has never backed anybody from the south. It has always backed someone from the North no matter how incompetent the person is. Irrespective of that, nobody has used it to as an excuse not to give them there lion share of the yam even the so called Jonathan you mentioned. So that your argument holds no water. |
Ontarget:I know d recent trend in womens fashion is displaying ur whole anatomy with ur tight tops exposing huge cleaveages and breasts, bumshots and jeggins displaying ur whole laps, ass and vagina outlines. What d young guy did is totally wrong but i have been shouting it, sexual abuse is not just rape. Indecessent dressing is part of abuse and its one of d leading factors to rape. U display ur whole thick laps on social media and u ask whats tempting abt it. Thank God she did not show reverse backside. If u knew how many husbands, colleagues and brothers dat probably looked at d pics lustfully and codedly kept calm. Just because they do not express it doesnt mean she has not caused some level of damage ![]() |
Mehn, U will reign forever. Humble with no atom of pride. Enlightenment is good |
Please my muslim friends dont take dis d other way, i need to be educated on dis. If a guy is allowed to marry a second wife to avoid cheating, y is ur women not allowed to marry a second husband to avoid cheating too. Abi muslim ladies do not have sexual feelings. Secondly, if ur women are urged to close their beauty to avoid unecessary attraction, sometimes overall body coverage is involved. Y is d same rule not strictly applied on ur males cos i know some muslim countries have extremely handsome men like Saudi, Egypt, Tunisia etc. Scientifically, it is proven men and women share same level of attractictions and sexual urges though the former expresses theirs more. Please someone enlighten me oo cos im thinking its more like a one sided belief |
reyscrub:Bros before u arrange folks, do u need a list of names and derogatory statements hauled on Former President Jonathan by PMB himself and APC before he left office. Its a pity our subtle dictator will not allow any criticism and will do anything humanly possible to kill or intimidate any form of criticism. Finally, apart from few men like Fayose and Reno. The rest of u in PDP shame be unto u. We have seen that u folks are cowards. I remembered how APC criticised Jonathans govt to a point of confusion. Every policy whether good or bad was criticised to stupor. |
EFCC please tell this to APC and Mr.President. There was no name and insult Jonathan and his wife did not receive when they where in seat. Yet no one called them to order. |
skywalker240:Mukticoice has exclusive right for that..however Startimes have partial right and you can enjoy one live match every weekend |
Pasblack:Your money, your choice sir |
Tboss actually said she never noticed. This raised a lot of question marks, so i dont blame anyone who have doubts. However, for all feminists who have been on dis issue for long, i need ur assistance. Kindly channel ur energy to advise ur fellow ladies because d rate of male abuse in d society is getting out of proportion. Infact, its actually hypocritical wen some claim victims but have been abusing odas. Ur clothes dis days are made with stretchy materials dat we see everything underneath. Ur pant u call jeggins/leggins we see ur laps, d outline of ur pants, the size of your buttocks and ur vagina. You have even made fashion out of it wearing camel toes to make it more conspicious. We see d outline of ur bra and cleavage from ur tight tops, crop tops, gowns etc. Ur bumshots shows ur whole legs, laps and buttocks. Almost all your clothes are now designed to depict semi nudness. This is what ur brothers, husbands, boyfriends see on yearly, monthly, weekly and daily basis. For how long can someone keep sane in dis era. Kudos to we gentlemen dat keeps cordinated in d face of dis madness. Some of u ladies shud resort to decency 1st before looking for who sexually abused who. |
The person above me said it all, but this caught my attention “We are in denial. The north-west and the north-east, demographically, constitute the bulk of Nigeria’s population, but look at human development indices, look at the number of children out of school, look at adult literacy, look at maternal mortality, look at infant mortality, look at girl-child completion rate, look at income per capita… The north-east and the north-west Nigeria are among the poorest parts of the world,” Atleast both parties agreed on this. Nothern youths forget religion and tribalism. Forget Jonathan and Buhari. Atleast your states do get Federal govt allocations. Hold your immediate leaders accountable. |
When I saw..our people are calling us to come back. Please expect a reprisal attack. It's unfortunate it might affect any tribe. Fear north oo |
One of my friends attend one church will not mention the name. They actually view people who are not from that church as sinners. So my heart is already blocked and nothing he says to me in d name of preaching passes through. So i think the first and only advise is to keep an open mind, come to terms with the peraon you wanna preach, listen and try to understand his or her own view of life. Then u are gud to go..will end dis with d popular saying "If you wanna catch a criminal, you have to think like one" d/4 if you really wanna preach to anybody even a sinner, you have to think like one. Goodluck. |
AWONEYAN:When some uncomfirmed sources in the military complained that the Government actually paid huge sum for the release of the girls and feared the money will help the insurgents secure weapons and renew its attack what happened The Precidency as usual debunked such claims immediately and maintained the girls where released without ransom. However, the renewed attacks after d release of these girls make us to wonder, who is really telling us the truth..... |
Blood thirsty region, as usual you can cover it up as religious extremism. |

naija2dabone:Multichoice is not offering prepaid billing in SA sir |
To the second issue, Pay per view. I wish and im still hoping this could be possible because we are really suffering in this country, you pay for subscription and you still have to buy fuel at exhorbitant prices to watch it. However, for me to answer this question, i will have to ask a question. How come no Telecommunication industry and in Africa is offering payperview? Are you not surprised This is because pay per view is very expensive. If it is introduced in all honesty, Nigerians may noth afford it. http://www.espn.com/boxing/story/_/id/12606410/floyd-mayweather-manny-pacquiao-pay-per-view-cost-90 This link above is the popular match between floyd mayweather and pacquiao, just that single match will cost anybody in europe $90 dollars per match. That is higher than the a whole month subscription of a premium subscriber. Compact subscribers in Nigeria viewed that match. So instead of charging customers Payper view, pay television companies in Nigeria and Africa as a whole charge every subscriber a fixed rate per day depending on the bouque and make their money on the long run. I will still urge multichoice customers to keep complaining, because multichoice takes complaints serious. I learnt a slogan in Multichoice, customers complain when they enjoy your services. Anyday customers stop complaining, then your business is about to hit the rock. So lets keep complaining and pushing the company, hopefully Multichoice will find a way of providing pay per view services. I also hope competitions spring up, competitions make comapanies do a review on pricing. Thanks for Startimes, now Gotv is offering 400 bouque. Who taught that would ever be possible ![]() For those saying South Africa is paying lower check this link http://www.techzim.co.zw/2016/03/multichoice-announces-dstv-south-africa-price-increases-will-dstv-zimbabwe-follow-suit/#.V-YzMew1gtA After doing the conversion, you will realise South Africa is paying almost double of what Nigerian customers are paying. In a final note, having worked with the company i realised Nigeria is the biggest market of multichoice. So complaints coming from Multichoice Nigeria is taken more seriously. |
I have always read comments on different blogs and nairaland about how Multichoice defraud Nigerians but because of my busy schedule, i do ignore. Anyway, im free today, i worked with Multichoice for some years and i can tell you that among all big Corporate Organisations in Nigeria, you can say Multichoice is the least when you talk about defrauding customers. I am a Nigerian and on daily basis i witness a lot of corparate theft in Nigeria from our banks, telecommunication, manufacturing industries etc. Atleast once in two or three months, i do take fight it out with either one of my banks or my telecommunication provider for unnecessary charges on my account. It is in this same country that i was having serious quarrel in a new generation bank and a fellow Nigerian said 'Bros they commot 50, u dey shout, na normal thing, wetin u go do wen dem commot 1k, u go kill person be dat'. As citizens we have to fight for our right and take proper actions when necessary if we feel cheated, dropping negative comments is not enough. Back to multichoice, when i was there, i realised the company strives alot to satisfy customers and go as far as compensating it customers. So anytime u feel cheated, contact the company directly, now the customer care line is toll free. Sometimes there are dubious people who pose as dealers and installers to defraud customers and customers think its the company. Secondly, there is what we call Corporate Social responsibilities. Any big company making alot of money should always give back to the community. Yes Multichoice is not an indigenious company but they give back to the country. There are alot of tournaments sponsored by multichoice. There are lots of scholarships given by multichoice, multichoice are creating E-centers in schools to improve education, what of the essay competitions. People do approach the company all the time for all sorts of sponsorship and they try as much as possible to sponsor the ones they could. Apart from a few indigenious company who still try to fulfill their corporate social responsibilities, what are the others doing aside massive retrenchment, overuse and underpayment of staff with useless targets, Using our cute graduate ladies for corporate prostitution in the name of marketing and still yet provide epileptic services. These are companies making millions on daily basis. For those saying Multichoice is defrauding Nigerians, please have a rethink. |
This is a welcome development. I have been in pay television business for 5 years now and i can definitely tell everyone in Nairaland that this is an improvement. Any company trying to improve its services to customers should be applauded not criticised. Keep it up Multichoice. |
naija2dabone:Please do not give people wrong information sir. |
herbie27:Bros, u dey talk as if u no dey Naija. No be oyibo country be dis. We are our problem, carry her to hospital u will be writing statement in police station.I have had dat experience first hand. If she come die nko, u go sleep for dia. Secondly, u dont know d kind jazz wey dey use for her body, u dont touch such anyhow, u fit join d bleeding. The best thing to do which was done by d poster is to call d appropriate authorities. It comes at a disadvantage cos if they dont answer on time as per Naija, she fit die. In this country, u are on your own. You are responsible for life and security, so both boys and girls beware. If Local govt chiarmen and top politicians even celebrities are being kidnappedand robbed, what about we?.... |
Put all d details that could help..Name, age, height, clothe she was wearng that day...anything thats useful cos sometimes.pictures dont give the full description and could be deceitful |
Thanks bro for helping out. I do have a busy schedule and most times might not give the full details out to each enquiry. Yes it cannot show Champions League till it acquires the right to do that. A lot of things are involved in pay television business. Presently, startimes only acquired partial right and can show some English Premeirship Matches Live. |
psucc:It does not |
