There is no way someone will manipulate results for span of 5 years at different level other activities without been caught.

Have you also forgotten how Igbos here on Nairaland defended Evans the armed robber and kidnapper, saying he was being victimized because he's igbo. In fact, Evans was arrested in Owerri and released because he's "our bloda".
