My vehicle's number plates are about 6 years old and about faded. I intend taking to an artist for a makeover. To replace them through FRSC will cost about 25K naira while an artist will collect about 5K naira to do a decent job. My worry is if it's against the law.

There is nothing shameful about what Biden said actually. Isn't it sensible for the Americans in Ukraine to leave now that hostilities have not started ? Yes, it makes common sense to pull out and advise all American citizens in Ukraine to get out fast. But it's "unpresidential" to talk about your nation's weaknesses and vulnerabilities openly. If it were Trump, he probably would make same point without sounding weak.

I see no reason why a Christian should attend an Islamic school when therebare better choices out there. Also common sense should let one know that Islamic schools are school with bias for Islamic studies and culture. So you should be ready to take whatever comes your way... same goes for a Christian school. We all know that Christians generally are less likely to cause problems...

For me this crises is needless... common sense should lead the way here. If you must attend a mission (or quaranic) school then you should be ready to abide by the school's rules. Mission school is a special school same as Quaranic schools.

I can imagine a young lady wearing miniskirt to a quaranic school. Would such be permitted? Does Nigerian constitution forbids that?
