175:I would think that should have been clearly defined before the agitation. So, some of those that got killed or locked up in the fight already don't even know if their regions fall within the Biafra they're fighting for? |
175:Republic of Niger Delta? I didn't know of that one o. So, that will be carved out of Biafra, right? I thought Biafra covers all those areas, leaving only Yorubas and Hausas to keep Nigeria if they want. I didn't know there are other potential republics within Biafra. |
175:Now it gets more confusing. You are from Delta State, isn't Delta State one of the states Biafra agitators are claiming? In other words, if Biafra comes to limelight, you would rather be a Nigerian than a Biafran? The more reason I believe the known leaders in respective Biafra states should be the ones driving the fight. The youths should first focus on getting the leaders to understand what their fight is about. Afterwards, they can ddeuce what regions want to be in Biafra and what doesnt. You just can't impose a new nationality on anyone just like that. Several people from the stated Biafra regions have accomplished so much in other regions, with successful businesses, properties and recognition. Are we saying they need to give all of that up to start all afresh in a new country? |
NOBODYY:You mentioned the youthful. There is every probability that the Biafra youths can only rely on stories they heard from their parents or various versions of history available to them; which in most cases will not tally; one person's experience of the Biafra war would be different from the other person's narration of it. Ojukwu's fight for Biafra never mentioned potential affiliations with Cameroon or Equitorial Guinea, so I doubt if the youths would make any sense of your hypothesis. May be sharing your sources can help. People would likely rely on history as passed onto them from those that actually saw the war and only understood Biafra should be carved out of Nigeria from the original Ojukwu's Biafra fight. I really wish Nigeria kept records in databases, so we don't have to rely on records external communities feed us. They may be intended to further prevent us from understanding one another than the way it is today. |
IAMTHEHERO:Just as Boko Haram want their own Islamic caliphate. But let's think about it, would it be beneficial to individual regions if Nigeria is actually split? |
Are you saying the Biafra agitators in Nigeria need to go to Cameroun to fight for their land or those living in Biafara in Cameroun should come and get them? Your analysis, if correct, will confuse many more than they are now. |
basileze:Read the post again and see if you'll find anywhere that says anyone was killed. OP only included that in the topic to only get people to read whatever he posted, forgetting that can actually trigger violence from agitated individuals. |
Why did the headline say one was killed, and the body of the message said nothing about killing anyone nor any mention of the government being against the peaceful protest. I smell lies. OP, please provide facts about who was killed, don't attempt to get un-deserved traffic from cooking up fake headlines. This is a sensitive topic and could trigger violence from some shallow-minded folks that only read the headline and believed it, when your whole writeup said nothing about violence nor any killing. |
Ok |
Gozzzy:I blame your silly parents for having a mannerless thing like you. Never respond to any of my posts until you learn some manners. Start by telling your parents to learn how to raise kids with manners first and then raise you all over again, then I can consider talking back to you. You have brains and don't know how to critic a person's view without being offensive. Boko Haram ran into the bush with their AK47 because some villagers showed up? What does that mean to you? Now relate that to your statement, after that does your statement even make any sense to you? Shows how slow you are and I don't even expect you to make any sense of my comment, nor think of responding to it. You went beyond all that, making insulting statements over a comment you and your damn parents can't even decipher. Damn set of fools you run into here, talking thrash worth nothing but some damn likes from brainless fools like them. Learn to regulate yourself before talking thrash to others, fool. |
When a terrorist group went from killing entire villages to stealing foodstuffs, doesn't that explain that they are starving? Why the blames. |
Make this one change her name abeg. I even think say na Buhari pikin. |
xtrorse:Yeah, sure. It happens in Nigeria all the time, what do you expect from a nation where the laws are meant for only certain political targets and the masses? |
xtrorse:You don't have to plan a coup to be charged with treason. An act that threatens the unity of a nation is considered treason. Even MKO was arrested and charged with treason for seeking international support after the June 12 elections. His actions may have been seen as a threat to the unity of a nation. He eventually died in prison on that note. Not saying I agree with the charge, I'm just sure that's one of the charges they'll likely slam against him. |
jonaifame22:What else would want to make anyone broadcast their pee pee on social media? Lack of something else to do I guess. Common conductor sef no go think of creating this kind thread when him dey busy find passengers? |
gab264:Let him die now. Retarded and mentally disturbed fellow. Who knows what else depresses him, and he's now using Biafra as an excuse. Kids of nowadays, after reading about biafra on social media now wants to kill himself. What would we say about those that actually went through the war and know what war is? |
Imanuelle:I'd believe one of the charges again him would be treason. Even the UK has laws against treasonable offenses. |
PvtParts2:Please apply some maturity when talking about other people's religion and beliefs. |
Good. Perfect setting. Don't kill him. Just treat him and place him under suicide watch in a prison forever, so he can forever feel the pains he intended to inflict on others. |
Which one be this one again ? |
. |
Not bad. Add this new money to the one they owe NCC before, who will now say Nigeria is still broke? |
lasisi69:Are you a bot or a virus? On the other hand, are you suicidal? Do you need some help dealing with some life issues? Why post end time everywhere? Is this a way of saying goodbye? |
braine:May be she was beaten to a coma. |
lasisi69:Do you know a different phrase than this? It's getting irritating seeing this from you in every thread. |
jamex93:Is that a new hiphop slang? I see 'end time' on everythread. For a moment I thought lasisi69 was a bot or something because that's all that comes from that moniker. |
I'm sure this is not in Nigeria. People go don burn her before she fit pose with the hand. |
BALLOSKI:Don't worry, through the tracking capabilities the BVN is intended for, many more suspicious transactions will be revealed. |
