Sometimes it's ok. You know how ladies tend to have too many clothes and that can easily fill up the closet. Some men only have a handful of clothes and having to dig through women clothes to find yours could make it necessary to have one person put all her belongings in another room hence making them have two separate rooms, but that should really not disturb their private time together.

If they had incriminating evidence including call recordings, they wouldn't have released him. They obviously knew he wasnt guilty of any charges but didn't want to outrightly accept their faults over the unjust detention.

Is there any witness that can agree with your claim that he defrauded anyone? That's the type of proof the DSS should present in court, not some concocted stories meant for damage control.
If they had proof that he defrauded anyone, he would have been tried and jailed. They had no such proof and had to let him go after 10 WEEKS with no pending charges against him.
