@remilekung,  i takle you there ooo  you saying nobody came with creativity or something ? creativity is not suppose to be a talent ? brother everyone came down here with a talent,  and if you discover your talent so quickly, then the sky will be the starting point for you.

if this guy has a talent,  and he never knows, he just needs to work around it and by so doing he will find out he got some talent and the talent might just fall at is creativity.  haven't  you seen peeps who sing song just like gospel song, let assume  we have 5 people who sings and you not better than the 3rd person but when you sing people  start crying because your songs touched them and why the other guy sings everybody is happy and clapping.

As omni said, i will like to  be in control of what i'm working on, firstly i started with Notepad and when i got to see the WYSIWYG thing i have no choice than to drop the use of notepad, even those guys who brag about Notepad thing that you read their biography online can't tell me they don't have the WYSIWYG on their PC

Start looking for job and tell them you only know Notepad and see if they will take you even if you have the PHD. Degree. if you don't know WYSIWYG no job for you man, especially if they want you to put a site in less than 1hour, are you going to say Notepad is the best ? na wa u ooooooooooo

(1) i don't fancy the programming part anymore,  just designs alone oja re  but it seems because they know i could work on it better if i have the solution to the problem.

My office want me to create an Intranet for them and for instance the department are upto 30, and also we have sub-departments too attached with this department.  they have little issue on expalin their daily duties on intercom phone instead they want me to create an interanet system whereby, i will create an interface design, and any of those department can logon to the interanet and find his/her details.

All office are been networked both WAN and LAN and am also using PHP/MYSQL and using WAMP Server as my webserver but what i don't understand is, is it possible for the engineer to create an Ip everyone will use to access the Webserver where i stored the application or they will have to connect to my WEB SERVER Ip which is 127.0.0.1/intranetpp/ or how will i do that,  i just want all differents department to be able to connect to my intranetapp and view the stored information created for them,
