He had a sugar monopoly not rice. Other than that everything else you've written is ridiculous. Which fx fraud?? Can you expatiate with evidence? Nonsense people.

Who else has noticed that Phillips Aduda has become SA to Wike now?

He's always with Wike everywhere even in his office.
Politics! cheesy When they say all politics is local this is exactly what it means. Aduda is the one genuinely in touch with the people and he is most likely coming back to that seat in the next elections.

Combo packs ? On a date ?

You can do better bruh grin
Well, obviously, if you have just 10k as your budget for a date, you shouldn't be so picky.

Personally, I would advise you to save your 10k and focus on building yourself but your choice my man.

BeyondCertainty:
10K would only take them both to an Amala joint.
They will both enjoy few wraps of Amala and few Ogunfe meat in their soup.

I doubt if all these new generation girls will follow a guy to such joint, they'd rather you take them to Domino Pizza or buy Shawarma.
10k Can easily do Chicken Republic with change

Fulmigati:
Don't be a hypocrite. If you have a problem with a Half Yoruba/Half Igbo running for governorship of lagos. You should not have a problem with South Africans not wanting a Nigerian girl as miss SA. She is beautiful tho.
I don't think anyone really had a problem with Rhodes having mixed parentage. They had a problem with the fact that in the past he had shown that he identified more with his mother's heritage, while hurling insults at his father's own. This was exacerbated by the fact that Rhodes appealed more to a segment of Nigerians who at the time were engaged in a bitter online feud with his father's people whom he had also insulted.

Isn't that a more accurate rendition of events?
Politics › Re: Tinubu seeks amendment of Police Act Over IGP’s Tenure by SmartyPants(m): 3:57pm On Jul 23, 2024
mrvitalis:
making the duration of the IG at the mercies of the president is bad

Ig can work as IG 8 years past retirement age

U don't see a problem there?
There's absolutely no problem with it. The IGP like the service chiefs, serves at the discretion of the commander in Chief. It is the commander-in-chief who takes the credit or blame for security failures, and that is why he is given the latitude to appoint whoever he deems fit. Rigid laws that may prevent such a person from serving out their tenure may be unhelpful. Other governments after this one will enjoy the same privilege.
Business › Re: Amid Inflation, CBN Raises Interest Rate To 26.75% by SmartyPants(m): 3:39pm On Jul 23, 2024
RightChanneI:
This is totally wrong! when there is inflation, government ought to reduce the interest rate and increase the expenditure not increasing the interest rate again while claiming to be fighting inflation
Stop talking nonsense. When there is inflation you don't increase expenditure! You do the opposite! Do you even understand how inflation works?? huh

This isn't a good one.
Even if the person is not performing?
No criteria for performance evaluation?
This is a highly sensitive position that has to do with securing and protection of the citizens life and properties.
This has to do with bypassing the compulsory retirement age not that the IGP will be unsackable.

I'm surprised Peter could take a position that is diametrically opposed to that of 90% of his clueless, uneducated followers.

Well i'm impressed and thoroughy disgusted with the government of the day for undermining Dangote. They seem to be confirming what their critics have always said.

No hospital, every public schools are in the late 70s development and bla bla, instead of ppl who live there to put aside crazy sentiment and face reality. Some genuinely wanna protest, large group from east are doing it because obi lost election, some are taking advantage of the situation for reason best known to them, some are even saying we no dey involve and equally they are all facing it…
What a stupid thing to say.

It's not rocket science....
If u remove all the money on subsidy ...it shouldn't take years to see the effect of money u claimed u saved.....
...subsidy was only removed for embezzling ....yet u want people to be patient....it's easy to say when u are collecting free bullet proof car and jumbo allowances
But the effects are there to see...every single state has recieved a record high in terms of allocation since the subsidy removal. That's the idea...giving more to the States so that development can be felt locally. This has been followed up by granting local government fiscal autonomy. You don't see the idea?

Okay,

Wait, what? you just admitted your members are suffering from hunger and hardship, yet you feel they have no adequate reasons to protest huh

So what do you really plan to discuss with the president when you meet with him?

huh

What he said obviously means that they think protesting is too extreme not that there are no issues.

Buhari handed down $35.09b to Thiefņubu in May 2023, so what's the big deal?
The big deal is that the forex backlog that Buhari refused to settle has been settled while taking the reserves even higher. I know you don't understand what I just said so rest.

So now they know how it feels to be exploited right in your own country. Too early to cry!
They should ask France! It would be a Black European country in few years!
When did Ireland colonize Nigeria? Lol.

Politics › Re: Hardship: ‘This Is Unbearable, People Are In A Dire Situation’ – Emir Sanusi by SmartyPants(m): 3:17pm On Jul 19, 2024
The last time we heard from Emir Sanusi was in 2015 when he falsely accused GEJ of misappropriating billions of dollars just before the presidential elections. Interesting he's finally found his voice.

You seem not to understand that the issue with Biden is that his brain is no longer capable while his body is still intact. Typical poor comprehension from the usual crowd. Not surprising! cheesy

Everywhere in Africa people are still birthing children they can't take care of.

When was Japan colonized?
Sports › Re: Argentina Vice-president Defends Enzo Fernandez After Racism Row: I Support You by SmartyPants(m): 7:06pm On Jul 18, 2024
OkpaNsukkaisBae:
Supported. You have many Africans born to African parents representing the colonizers.

Imagine if Messi played for Spain instead of Argentina.
If they don't like the song🎵, these players should show more patriotism and represent their fatherland.

Imagine the likes of Musiala, Adeyemi, Saka, Eze in the super eagle.
I don't want to talk about how Saka and Sancho were all racially abused after England lost against Italy in the Euro
You just showed a tremendous degree of ignorance. Laughable really! Do you think Messi's ancestors were native to Argentina?? You don't know that white Argentinians are ALL from Italy or Spain?

God1000:
What's wrong with Argentina, this will damage the country's reputation and reduce the love Africans have been showing them for decades

She said Argentina never had colonies or try to impose their way of life on others, maybe she's right, but the action of the players is unacceptable, she's just trying to defend the indefensible

political leaders, footballers and other celebrities should be careful of what they say
Argentina is the most violent coloniser of all. This is a country that wiped out its native and black population deliberately.
