There are news about a killer lion surfacing in Warri tomorrow Wednesday. This was prophesied by a Lagos pastor, T.B.Joshua. It is said that the lion would kill 52 people. This was reported in several newspapers including Vanguard and the Nation newspapers on Monday. Fears have affected economic activities with some schools closing up close to the area, Jakpa road. It is said that the lion would escape from the house of a popular governorship aspirant who trains wide animals to make money. There are rumors that he fled to India to avoid being caught by his pet but he discounted that by appearing publicly.

I work in a private school in Warri here and have a 2.1. Most people here earn between 20-60k a month. But most make over a 100k a month and You are free to go out and look for job. I would say I look @ the prospect of earning a 100k a month private teaching. With this banking jobs dont interest me. Besides I close early, walking distance from home have holidays and dont really work on weekends. I would only prefer to work in an oil company outside here.

Airport road, Warri is the best place to live. I used to stay @ Akute. You spend 3hours linking Ojodu-Berger and 3 hours back before mentioning hours spent on Ikeja rd or V/Island road.

What about the Show in Warri to hold last Saturday @ the Warri City Stadium. Can you imagine that with all the adverts and noise maybe because the show is Free(sponsored by the Delta State Government), I was @ d venue for a show supposed to begin by 12 noon @12 p.m till 4 p.m no Star came. It was a wasted day for me and I'm not sure they came. Worse still the Stadium gates was not open by security operatives like the police, Joint Task Force who were as confused as the youths outside. @chelseabmw, I still pass that road (Abraka-Benin) April this year with d notorious Bob Izua motors in d front seat. He was driving 140km/hr over porthole. Did I say driving,FLYING. Though a Road Safety Cadet Marshall myself I could not tell him to slow down to maximum of 100 because of Thieves on dat Death Trap not ROAD.

Tho Benin-Warri and Benin-Asaba are still one of the best roads anyway in 9ja

I enjoy teaching tho I would like a change preferably to an oil company not bank. With a 2.1 B.Sc degree I teach in a private sch in Warri. The main thing is not your salary but d private lesson where u can charge btw 10-25k for 2 hours a week per child. Some make between 50k to a 100k on private level. I still prefer dis somehow than earning 40k in a public sch as a fresh graduate. Anyway it depends on what u want.

Glo na Ijebu man. Dem be thief. N40 compulsory for 30Days is N1,200. For what. Money that can be used to call other networks. How many Glo numbers do you have in your contact. Is it up to 50 people. Besides calls do not go thru. It is a big scam. Some of us using other lines do not load N100 a month now u forfeit 1,200 a month . The votes shows Maths is more Difficult. 87% for Maths 13% for law. As an Industrial Mathematician I Would tell you truthfully its Maths. A Mathematician like an Accountant is needed in every establishment. A lawyer is only needed whenever a firm engages in malpractice. I have no problem with kidnappers. They can go ahead and collect their share of the national cake so far Armed robbery stops. If I am kidnapped its free food for some days and I hope they pay me off because I have no money or my relatives to drop.

@ TheBLESSED, Benin-Asaba road has been finished since 2003 same goes for Benin-Warri road. They are one of the best roads nationwide. What part of the earth(world) are you residing and when did you visit naija last. Dont comment on what you dont know possibly because many of you in the diaspora fly with an aircraft you dont have an idea the good & bad portions in the country.
