ASS-nal is truly dead - No aspirations, No goals, No dreams, No need to contend - just look up at Chelsea and hope they fail.

Anthing that is close to draw (against ass-nal) or penalty shootout (against liverfools). Please note: This definition holds for ONLY chelsea, for example we being battered 3-0 by ac milan or loosing both home and away to ass-nal does not even come close to "killing"

Definition from ass-nal perspective
Anything that says - Thank God we have not lost to chelsea again! Note: So what if we've not won anything for two seasons in a row.
ROFLMFAO. Bitterness no good o. "Arsenal don kill cHELLsea" mean say we don shatter una yeye pipe dream. Even if we no win bournvita cup, e no matter. So long as na we don end una hallucinations after liverpool don boot una out of champions league. We don kill una sotay within the space of less than one week una dey dream as follows-

1) Quadruple - Liverpool been say Mba
2) Treble - Arsenal been say Mba
3) Double nko? - Man-U go say Mba and them go cancel am.

I am almost certain that Charlton shall follow Watford down. I don't think that Manure will let Westham win on sunday, if not I would have said that Westham will survive. Wigan and Sheffield United will have a fight to finish battle on sunday because the survival of both teams in the premiership will depend on this last match. I think Sheffield might just pull it out of the bag, but who knows. Let's wait and see. smiley

YinkaGal:
Whats Up With This Bleaching Phenemeon , I mean i have some friends and the way their trying to hide from being black it's unbelivable , one in particular loves to wear Blonde weave , and loves to bleach "everytime i ask her what she rubbing on her skin" she's like "I want my body to be bright and fresh" angry and i'm thinking in my head clean your body then, whats up with that i mean why do some african/carrabien women like to bleach whats the point the body becomes uneven ,and peeling urggghh,

Some Famous sellouts/bleacher
-Micheal Jackson (maybe infact all the jackson) angry

Black is beautifull? is this true now ? huh
.

What people need to understand is that it is inherent in the nature of human beings to be dissatisfied with their lot. Thus peole are always looking to "better" themselves one way or the other. Regarding one's complexion, black people bleach to get lighter and white people tan themselves to get darker.

Lots of people (though not everyone i must add) are not happy with the way their skin looks and I dare say it's up to them to do whatever they feel will make them better. Now whether this is actually the case (ala Michael Jackson) lipsrsealed, remains to be seen.

Conclusion = Everyman to his own. undecided undecided undecided lipsrsealed

FashionRe: Embassing Fashion Disaster Or Nightmare Moments! by SMC(f): 3:15pm On May 06, 2007
Mine was certainly a disaster, though i am not sure whether I can call it a fashion disaster (or not).

I was a little girl and I had gone to my big sister's school to "fight" a girl who had been bullying her (I fancied myself tough in those days). Anyway, I was doing alright with the fight as I had the upper hand and there were lots of people cheering me on. Suddenly, I felt my knickers begin to obey the force of gravity and slide down until it was resting round my ankles. To say I wanted the ground to open up and swallow me would be to use a cliché. I don't know how I got them back up, but I made sure I sorted the bully out before beating a hasty retreat amidst jeers. Those were my favourite knickers and I had worn the elastic out (my mum had told me to chuck them out, but I was having none of that. Needless to say that they were condemned to the scrap heap after that humiliating experience).

I still cringe with horror over twenty years later, when I think of that day and that particular incident. embarassed embarassed embarassed embarassed

I guess it depends on the situation. For example, terrible disfigurement due to an accident may necessitate that one requires it.

I Love -

1) Red [by Giorgio] (Not Deep Red by Hugo Boss - though I do like that too)
2) Obsession [by Calvin Klein]
3) Fendi [by Fendi]
4) Angel [by Thierry Mugler]
5) Soie Rouge [fragrance by Avon Cosmetics]

I could go on and on. I love perfumes and I collect them as part of a hobby.

The battle at the bottom of the Premiership is much hotter than that being fought at the top. In addition to Watford, which teams do you guys think will be relegated [at the end of the 2006/2007 premiership season] come next week sunday?

Which two teams will it be amongst -

Charlton

Wigan

Westham

Sheffield United; or

Fulham?

LET'S HAVE YOUR VIEWS.

LiteratureRe: I Have Made It! by SMC(f): 10:28am On May 06, 2007
Orikinla:
I know that comprehension is not very easy for some Nigerians, but the first sentence of the post says it all.
Let me help.

Here is the text from the last rejection slip before the good news of acceptance came.

I said I have made it after the same publishers rejected three of my stories.
So, it is not premature.

Getting published by a leading American publisher is an achievement.

I am still having problems with being misunderstood.
I posted on others more than I have posted on Orikinla.

Nigerians need to see beyond their noses.

Ignorance is still our common problem.

SMC,
I am used to publishing contracts and lest you accuse me of boasting again, let me not go into the details.

The burden of my post is:
You can make it as long as you don't give up.

Therefore, take your tiime to read Orikinla very well before jumping to conclusions and I hate when I state things matter of factly, the facts are misread and misunderstood out of context.
It is clear that the reason why you are often "misunderstood" (as you put it) is that you are always so concerned with being verbose with your writings that you fail to simply pass the message across. And contrary to what you say, comprehension is generally easy for Nigerians. What is usually difficult is the ability to articulate effectively.

There is no need for me [or anyone for that matter] to "take my time to read Orikinla very well" as you put it. Your message is decipherable immediately although it isnt what you later said it was. From your 1st post, the message passed along wasn't "you can make it as long as you don't give up" as you later stated, it was more like "I've made it, I've hit the Jackpot, Look at me, I am getting 40% royalties - WOOOHOOO" [and lest you think I begrudge you your right to celebrate, let me quickly say that you are perfectly entitled to shout it from the roof tops if you wish to do so].

I don't wish this to degenerate into another "Your Excellency, You are a Liar" saga, so I'll let it rest by saying what I said previously, which is, hopefully we shall see your book on the shelves of bookstores here in the west (I have already offered my congratulations).
