No fewer than 18 out of the 4,034 2015 batch A Corps members who served in Oyo state
would repeat their service year due to evasion
of service continuously for three months.

Mr Stephen Bankole, NYSC Director of Information in Oyo state, made the disclosure on Thursday in Ibadan in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN).

He said that extensions of service were given to no fewer than seven corps members, ranging from one week to four months.

``Extension occurs when a member did not attend his Place of Primary Assignment regularly or has not been signing monthly payment voucher as at when due.
``However it is only NYSC headquarters that ratifies cases of abscondment,” he said.

Bankole said that no fewer than 33 corps members who served in the state got married during service year, while 50 went on maternity leave.

``We had about 1,753 males and 2,281 females.
``Six received award of exemplary service while 11 received award for execution of projects in their host communities,” he said.

He urged the corps members still in service to live exemplary life and be good citizens to avoid falling victim of extension of service or abscondment after their service year.

The information officer advised the outgoing corps members to make good use of the entrepreneurial skills they acquired during service to enable them become self employed.

``They should go into the larger society to earn their living honestly and legitimately as good citizens, no shortcuts,” he said.

Gud evenin...first lets talk briefly abt d exam nd sum vital info abt PMP...d exam contains 200 questions nd the pass Mark is 125 I.e. 61%...The grading is either pass or fail whether you have 99% or 62%, u wil b given Pass, nothin like distinction do is either you pass it or you fail it.
U r to take the most appropriate answer cux options (ts a an obj and multiple choice exam type) you r given are also correct so you are to choose the most correct(this apens in most cases) nd its computer base.

QUALIFICATIONS TO TAKE THE EXAM
* for a graduate degree holder, u must have a minimum of 4500 hour experience in the project management field while for an undergraduate, its 7500..
This experience means u must have been involved in a project single handedly or part of a team nd note that you wil be required to list the dates and time (in hours) of dose experiences and u must break this experiences to what u were initiating, planning, monitoring and executing, and closin (we wil stil talk more on ds 4 tins) and all these information must be verifiable...


* you must v 35hrs of project management education or training just like we r doin here...nt realy 35hours per se but a solid training cux its a very tough exam I must confess..
