You might be suffering from dry skin.. Or just allergies due to the water you use or even your soap..... Anyways..
1. Take loratidine tablet, just a tab like 1-2 hours before you have your bath... The drug is taken just once a day so you don't need to use it more than just that morning...

2. Prednisolone tablet... Take 2 tablets (10mg) in the morning and also in the evening for 7 days.

3. Also get hydrocortisone cream.. Apply it after having your bath in the morning and in the evening... But don't use this cream for more than 10 days.

I think I am dying, It all started in 2012, I had a terrible dream that night and ever since then, my life has not remained the same.

In 2012 I weighed 71kg but now I'm 48kg and I don't know when this will stop, every day I'm losing weight the more I try to eat the more I lose weight. I used to have really big muscles and thick thighs, I never slim fit my clothes, but now I can count all the bones on my chest, my hands have become so thin, all bones and no fat

I have to wear long sleeves and trousers to hide my problem from the rest of the world- And its eating me deeply.
I can no longer engage in activities I find pleasurable, such as sports, running, swimming, working out etc. These where activities I could do before for lengthy hours I can barely do them now for three minutes without
getting super tired and all my body will ache for days afterwards.

I've spent all the money I have on treating myself at local clinics but nothing seem to be working.

I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS EATING MY MUSCLES AND FAT.

And its getting worse, Even though I've never had sex before in my life, yet I've gone for HIV test three times and it's always negative, I've done diabetes test several times and the docs said I'm not diabetic.

EVERY MONTH I KEEP LOSING WEIGHT, LIKE IN MAY I WAS 53KG BUT IN JULY I'M 49KG AND NOW IN AUGUST I'M 48KG.

GUYS I NEED HELP ADVICE OR ANYTHING TO HALT THIS UNINTENTIONAL WEIGHT LOSS.

I mean I eat at least four times a day and barely work hard. cos I'm a full time fiverr worker.

If things should progress at this rate I may end up with less than 30kg by December. And I dont want to die, I'm still in my late twenties.

Try and go for a thyroid test.... Most people who suffer from hyperthyroidism experience this type of weight loss... Admist other symptoms.... I'm not saying that's it. ..just go and explain this to a doctor.

This is an anaphylactic reaction.... Could or couldn't have been the anti malarial drug he took... It could also have been another drug he took in combination with this drug.... It doesn't necessarily mean that the drug is fake.... It could happen with even the most genuine drug as far as you are allergic to it.
I hope he gets better... And then he should add this to the list of any other drug he is allergic to.

Nope you are definitely not a pharmacist neither do you work in dermatology. Because if you were, you'd know retin A makes you extremely sun sensitive which increases skin cancer risks..especially not in Nigeria a tropical country. I've been treated by many and I repeat many consultant dermatologists in Nigeria and abroad and they all echo the same thing, the even ask you to start using everyother day and build up.


And if you were really a dermatologist, you'd know that a patient with acne so severe that once a day retin A doesn't cut through is a perfect candidate for isotretinoin- no dermatologist will ask you to increase usage to twice daily, never.

Lastly, you cannot be a pharmacist and work in dermatology, both are different and independent occupations. Aunty your lie is showing. You may dispense drugs for skincare troubles which I highly doubt, but you are definitely not a qualified dermatologist.

Except you have skin made of steel, you'll literally have your skin falling off by using retin A twice daily and most likely skin cancer in future.

Better for you to name the teaching hospital so we can steer clear.

In case you are not aware... Every unit including a dermatology unit in a teaching hospital has its own pharmacy unit which is stocked with drugs pertaining to that particular unit.. And yes we dispense drugs prescribed by dermatologists.....
Retin a cream can be prescribed twice daily.... And that's what we do.... But then for the sun sensitivity experienced by that drug... We also add an SPF containing cream to be used with it in the day time...
And why would i lie about being a pharmacist? ...because you do not agree with what i said?.... There are many ways to treat an ailment... There are also many different doses of a particular drug for the same ailment.... Maybe you should take that into consideration when next you are arguing blindly..... Have a nice day.

.....depending on the severity of the acne.. Or pimple.... Retin a cream can be used twice a day..confirm stuff before you simply say anything....i'm a Pharmacist and i work in the dermatology unit of a teaching hospital..... I'm obviously not hearing about retin a cream for the first time... We prescribe it for our patients here.... Twice daily when severe..... Or once daily when the cases are not so severe or when we are trying to withdraw the medication.
And of course, all drugs are toxic.... Not just retin a cream.

Don't get it twisted, am in church right now and the prayer coordinator just raised a prayer point, "Father anyone against my progress against my family progress as they step out of their house this morning, may Sanford trailer jam them".
No one is perfect, and we've all got enemies. Imagine there all start praying like that or even worse.

I attended a church sometime last month and one of the prayer points was that, "Any body against my progress, anybody that is out to harm me today, before they come out this morning Father break their legs in Jesus name". In my mind I was like it should be in SARS name not Jesus name because na SARS fit do something like that.

It's not just right please because Christ preached love and not hate.

This was what I was just discussing with someone few weeks ago, even adverts meant for Nigerian goods and cosumption are being short in foreign countries.
