It's a personal matter of choice.. Live and let live.. ..do to your kids and allow another to do to theirs.. ...its better I braid my kids hair once in 3 weeks than combing daily in the name of styling and making a bun.. ..thats more tedious on both the kids and mother and it isn't sustainable anyways.. I'd rather make the hair once in 3 weeks.. ..not anything too painful but pain is a subjective matter.. .a lot of kids would cry anyway you comb their hair.. .that doesn't mean we should scrape it skin cut or leave it unattended to.. .

I gave you a direct Bible quote from 1 Sam 2:22-25 where Eli rebuked his sons, you can combine that passage with 1 Sam 3:13 and come up with your own interpretation, both passages are words of God.

One way to interpret both passages so, they are consistent is to state that in 1 Sam 3:13, the true rendition is: "Eli did not succeed in restraining his sons...Remember that, the Bible was not originally written in English and like every translational work, verbs, tense, etc get lost in between translations....The complete word of God is inspired and without error, but you have to take the totality of the word of God and not pieces here and there.

So Eli rebuked them, but they were predestination to be slayed.

So when God said in 1 Sam 3:13 that Eli didn't retrain his sons from the evil they were doing, was he lying?

It is not true to assume that, Eli condoled what his sons were doing, so turned a blind eye; the Bible account states he acted....but his sons did not listen to him because they were evil and wicked.

I always have a spare pair of flats or trainers in my car in case I've got heels on, I can't do it myself but I know a lot of people who have no issues with it.

I’ve been with a lady for some time now but I’m starting to have doubts about this girl.

My main concern is that she is too reserved and she doesn’t like to do anything that involves people. I come from a big family unit and she’s always avoiding family get togethers, outings, even to meet my friends and socialise with them is a huge problem. Today I will look at lochia, episiotomy and episiotomy care

Lochia is simply after birth discharge that is experienced by women after giving birth. It is made up of blood and mucus and tissue . The discharge can last for up to 6 weeks and usually starts out as very deep red and lightens in color as the days go by. It is important for a new mom to take things easy after delivery as too much stress can increase the quantity of lochia experienced.
As a ftm the things you need to deal with this discharge are
1.Disposable pad eg Lady Sept and always . Lady sept is just like thick cotton wool with a net holding it together . It has no wings like always so there is a tendency for underwear to get stained so its advisable to buy always too.What I did was layer my undies first with always before I now put Lady Sept . It saved me the stress of washing stained undies
2. Disposable underwear (optional)
3. Undies that have a good or tight grip to be able to hold the pad in place
It is advisable to wash yourself with water every time you change your pad and the pad should be changed as often as possible to avoid bad smells and infection.

Episiotomy
If a woman has never had a baby the birth canal is usually very tight and sometimes when delivering a baby for the first time the canal may be so tight that it does not allow the baby come out easily. If the baby is left to force his or her way out it could result in terrible tears that may not be easy to repair and could also cause excessive bleeding . What medical personnel do is give you an episiotomy which is basically a cut and this cut is done at the peak of a contraction . My first child had a very big head and I was given a double episiotomy that is cut in 2 places. I didn't feel the first one but I felt the second cut and it was really painful. Once the episiotomy is given the baby slides easily out of the birth canal. Once the baby and placenta have been delivered the next step is to stitch the episiotomy. I was given anesthesia before my stitch was done and I feel every mom should ask for it. I cant imagine being stitched without them numbing the place first.
For episiotomy care you need
Sitz bowl or a big bowl you can sit in comfortably
Salt
Disinfectant ie Dettol
You fill your sitz bowl or regular bowl with warm not HOT water , put in the salt and Dettol and sit in the water for about 10 mins . It is good to do it twice a day both morning and evening. I did this for about a month when I had my first and would do it after I had my morning and evening bath
The episiotomy site gets a bit swollen and can be quite painful . I used to seat on a hard surface stool and it helped the swelling go down a bit, but the pain was a bit much and I was walking funny for about a week after having my son

Plaese do not use hot water for sitz bath it can damage your stitches and you may have to go back for re stitching. It is also advisable to have someone check your stitches before you are discharged from the hospital . My double episiotomy was not properly stitched and i almost cried anytime i looked at my vjay are in the mirror it was a mess and intercourse with my hubby was slightly painful. It improved but i knew something wasn't right, It was when i had a tear with my 2nd baby that they were able to stitch me properly and put everything right again and i was back to normal

I have a sixteen years old brother that is still bed-wetting. Dad and Mom has done everything humanly possible, but all their efforts ends in futility.... So many methods have been devised to just help him but non worked.

You don't need to be positive before taking PEP.. ..PEP is actually given to prevent you from being positive if you fear you may have come in contact with someone or something that may contaminate you with the virus.. .

The next morning at about 11:00am, after a lot of delay, I finally got the anti retroviral drugs.

Now after taking the drugs for about 3 days, the side effects were terrible and unbearable. I already had a subsisting kidney problem and the drugs was making it worse so I had to stop. What I want to know is what are my chances if I permanently discontinue the drugs? Am I going to seroconvert? I am scared shitless and if this happens to make me HIV+, I am seriously considering suicide.

You shouldn't have quit the drugs on your own. You should have at least reported back to the hospital for advice and probably a change of drug class.. ..How long ago did you stop the drug?. ..depending on your answer,if not up to a week.. .I'll advice you just continue on it or report to the hospital.. .and pray.. ..until you are through with the drug and rerun another test, you may not know if you have come down with HIV.

So I had to do another test at week 6. This was when the test picked up the virus. I will try to educate people here with the little i learnt, maybe it will help for those who wants to learn.
We have two different types of hiv test kits. One test for both antigen and anti bodies this one picks the virus as early as two weeks, and results comes out withing days to a week, with a window period of a month(meaning by a month and your result shows negative then you are free). The other checks for anti bodies alone and this one picks the virus withing a month for few people, mind you for few people and most people at three months as that is when the body might have produced enough antibodies for it to be detected. And the latter is what we use here in Nigeria, where finger is pricked or blood drawn and the result comes out within 15-20minutes.
The bad thing here is we are not well informed about the window period and seroconversion( period when one is turning from negative to positive and takes as long as 3 months in most people and 6 months in some, meaning your result might show negative yet you are positive) and all that, I advise you google this, due to this lack of information people go about thinking they are negative and go about infecting others, until the sickness has progressed to a later stage where they start falling sick.
My piece of advice is ensure you use condom( and pray not to be unlucky like me, the girl who gave me has no idea she’s infected ) if condom breaks there’s what they call PREP, it’s a medication used within 72 hours after exposure to prevent you from catching the virus if your partner is positive.

PEP..Post Exposure Prophylaxis. ... ..not PREP.. .and it's not a medication.. ..it involves the use of a medication immediately or within 72 hours after one thinks he/she is infected with the virus

Toyota Matrix 2003-2007 basically has the same engine and suspension with the regular Corolla of the same range. The fuel economy is very good just like the corolla. My wife uses a matrix and I believe it's a car that in cheap to maintain and good after sales value.

You can by one with a high clearance rather than the sport with spoilers. Pls never you try to adjust the leg Springs it's always the bane of poor fuel economy and other issues.

Yeah it's a good buy except for the lower ground clearance. But it depends on where you stay or the road you ply. You could upgrade to bigger tyres so as to make it a bit higher. It's fuel efficient and befitting for a lady. You won't regret it. Just get a comprehensive inspection from a trustworthy mechanic before purchasing one. Good luck!
