Phenomenalopeye: Nairalanders, if I'm not passionate I wouldn't spend this much time typing and asking questions, pls help me fufill my dreams, I'm sorry for disturbing y'all. Bro, Your very first step Is to get a passport before seeking for help to register for SAT at least you won't tender your secondary ID to proctor/s. Just give yourself a year gap plan towards May/Oct/Dec 2020 SAT date. During this 1-year gap get jobs and save whatever you can doing that your pastor will know you have shown some effort, he might add up to whatever you have and help you get your passport. At the moment you have your passport at hand help will come. |

The story behind this was that, the guy was returning from festival and he got stopped they asked for money he brought out plenty of cash I suppose and offered the officer #50. The officer then hit him with gun took all his cash, money and run away with. They were two on the bike. I suppose the second guy told this story |

Phenomenalopeye: Seriously I'm damn prepared for the SAT, but I can't pay for it although my pastor promised to help me get my international passport, now the SAT is whats remaining, pls I need help, |||I'm a potential 1500+ with my extreme prep||| I believe you should take it easy. SAT is so tricky but the score is achievable. Be sure to analyze the whole of the test before you take it. Pls do not rush into taking it so you don't get to disappoint your sponsor at the long run. I believe you can achieve it though but 'Calm Down' You will get there! |

Friedpotato: taking standardized tests increases your chances of getting a VISA against someone who didn't take. It proves to the V.O that you are at least a bit serious about studying in the US. But it is no determinant whether you'd get a VISA or not. I've also read transcripts here where V.O denied people because they've not taken any standardized tests so it's just good to be on the safer side. Hey friedpotato, Can I send a PM? |

RemarkableMind: Onah16, I can share some textbooks my sister used with you. Pdf fairheart 1500 one go hard o for first time sitting for SAT It's not but depends on the person actually. If he thinks of SAT to be nothing compared to the rigorous courses he has done in secondary school he might end up with lower score but if he thinks otherwise it might work out well. Onah16, I have link(you can find all the resources you need to prepare free) to share with you that will help you prepare well. |

dayoige: Real quick! I have a uncle in the UK who is a citizen and he assured me that if I can change my surname to his, he will fly me over to the UK.
I'm a 300L student studying economics here in Nigeria, and my name is D( This is the name I have in all my documents) and the surname my uncle want me to change to is 'Richard' so after changing my name it will look like this rd".
I want to apply for a change of name (to address the surname)
After doing the change of name I want to also apply for my National Identification Registration with (NIMC) which definitely I will have to do a new Birth Certificate with my new name.
Now my problem is this : Will the change of surname affect my travelling documents if I want to apply for a visa, since the surname I have on my academic documents is different from my new surname?
What do you think I can do to balance everything?
Thanks I hope those are not your real names anyways |

The duty of a well-trainned security personnel is to protect lives and properties not to be used as a prop or costume for proposals. Even in the states, UK and everywhere they are doing this so why can't we do the same |

Sarang: At least 15 people have said it on this thread Don’t migrate to UK It’s as simple as that UK has nothing to offer to outsiders Any country BUT UK for god’s sake! You wanna hustle? Go to Canada, Australia, Europe Which one are you in presently? Or which one are those 15 people in already? You just mislead people anyhow with the information y'all heard from 'Dem says' Anyways it's left to the OP to decide the best for him.
