Religion / Re: I Fight And Kill Snakes In My Dreams. by Sokijosh: 2:59pm On Jul 25, 2016
For all you snakes lovers <GENESIS 3:13-15> And the Lord God said unto the woman, what is this that thou hast done? And the woman said, the serpent beguiled me, and i did eat. And the Lord God said unto the serpent , because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field. UPON they belly shalt thou go, and dust shall thou eat all the days of thy life. And I will put enmity between thee and the woman and between thy seed and her seed, it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heels.

One of the mistakes we make as investors is to live on history and be looking out for cheap cheap stocks. Awuf dey run belle fa. In any bull, the industry leaders most times gain more than any other no matter how cheap

You are not the only one with millions in the stock-market, no matter how gloomy the direction of the economy is I don't see the ASI going down to 20,000 and if it does some of us will buy more. Some of us were fully invested in the market and also made more investments when the market was rougher than this, so I do not see this period as an exception.
i can see 2008 cycle repeating itself. Put a stop to your losses and be watchful. As we all know it might take 100 days be4 this government will starts their appointment, which can give us a head way.

In the market environment, you have to make the rules to the game and then have the discipline to abide by these rules, even though the market moves in ways that will constantly tempt you into believing you don't need to follow your rules this time. Mark Douglas .

My Oga, its just one stock. Am giving advance information for brethren to reserve some cash for it, if I get confirmation. So far, I have bought it in two tranches because I don't have the confirmation yet, if not, I would have bought all I needed at once as all the money I need to buy the stock is with my broker. As at today, the stock is very much available. Remain blessed.
hope mad rush for the stock won't make us catch a falling knife?

'Real estate is not as easy as you think.........May God show us all the ultimate way to financial success........'

Amen oooo at the the quote above.
99% of ppl that sell land are dubious. No friendship in the business. Building is also not easy. The omonile wahala and the rest. You may also get tenants that are troublesome.

Last week, I went to a location I have property and what I saw there was not funny. Opposite our area, all d fence and properties were demolished. I found out that each property there has been sold to at least 3 ppl. The man i saw with the wife doing foundation opposite mine is no longer the owner of the property. Court cases will enter. Jazz things.

Asaba is even the worst. They will sell ur property to another person even if u have a gated fence and a security house with no tenant living. A day b4 they bring a prospective buyer to the place, they will break ur key and put their own. Once they arrive, they will use their key and open the padlock making the buyer believe its theirs . chikena.

No place like NSE. Just know when to cut your losses .

@ all, In bull market environment, the final few days of the month plus the first two of the following month tend to produce bullish bias. Can this assertion be true for forte oil ? Since we are entering a new week. Thanks @ all.
