Is there anyone who has been shortlisted for PTDF scholarship when you try to log in your Germany/France/China pin??

The fact that you called someone and you were told that anyone can apply for the UK scholarship doesn't give you the right to say that the information I gave is false.
I didn't say that you're not allowed to apply, but it was clearly stated as 'ADVISED NOT TO APPLY'.

Right now, it has been written on the flexisaf website that those people that applied during the first application round can also apply.

Not all program post their list on the website. Some just notify the applicants of the outcome.

Nuclear physics list is out. I guess no Nigerian on the main list but one on the reserve list.

Hello, did you notarise all copies of your documents or you notarised one and made copies. Eg Your dad proof of nationality. Let's say voters card did you notarise all four copies or just one and did 3 photocopies

I have my options and thank God I was given an unconditional offer. So whether Erasmus scholarship come or not, I am going(don't mind self-funding myself).
Thinking about the tuberculosis certificate required to obtain from the Migration Health Assessment Centre which cost 150usd, tier 4 visa fee costing 335 pounds, health insurance cost that must be paid at the embassy and flight ticket. I need to conserve funds. Yes I know if I get the scholarship they will pay me 1000euros as installation cost but that's one month after arrival.

I registered and was slated to write it on the third of march but did not seat for d exam again because there was a new English waiver policy introduced for Nigerians. The university sent a form the registrar of your school will fill confirming that the language of instruction is English and you'll be also required to upload your waec result. If u have c6 and above in your English then you'll be exempted.
I applied for my refund from British Council Nigeria for the IELTS and have receive my refund less 25% which the took as administrative expenses.

Y seeking for refund when you should have written the exam. There are tons of schools who don't waive English test for Nigerians. It could have been useful in many way.

The competition scared me bro most especially when I saw that I will still have to plead for recommendation letter and I hate begging for recommendation letter on phone. My school is in pH and I'm in Lagos so, I will definitely have to beg to get d letter again. Some of the lecturer always demand that I come to pH b4 they can issue d letter. I still keep trying sha. I am getting hope from various source and I am sure I'd get one.

900 applicants for only 20-25 slot. That's about 2.778 chance. That's d definition of competition although I have seen a scholarship where 1300 people applied for only 10 slot and I just deliberately choose not to apply this year. The competition for money is never a joke. All d best to everyone

Yes but it depend on your ranking in the reserve list, the acceptance rate of those selected and the availability of additional fund.

Not everyone that registered will be invited for interview. Some people will get shortlisted for the interview while some will not and that is what is meant by nomination.

For wining the scholarship this year, I guess its possible and that you are better of this year than last year. Again you background check seems good and all you have to display in the interview is confidence. Seems you are going for PhD?

No. I am actually going for masters degree.

Thanks for the commendation. Is like you live within my mind because PEESE Technical University Berlin is my first choice and my most desired course. I just hope I will be shortlisted and win the scholarship this year (performed poorly in last year exam).

it was also stated on ptdf site that we shouldn't contact d schools directly. filling that form technically means u r going contrary to that. however I don't know wat ptdf has to say about it yet.

I guess u have never taken your time to see the application process for those schools in Germany. If you have done that, you will definitely know that applying on daad portal is not the same as applying to those school or contacting them. Most German university use uniassist and some use their personal application page. What is the essence of registering on daad portal without filling the form? It is just synonymous to getting your pin on PTDF page and fail to fill your form. All is well sha

My Bro, solastar2, I sincerely appreciate ur response. I am 2.1 person but grace supercedes grades. Love letter letters are normal but not for too long, we will all get our desired awards. It took me tym bfr I could get FSB scholarship. My hope is in God absolutely. I can never gv up if love letters like, make e full my mail.

Well bro, I don't believe in grace but in excellence. I have 2.1 but I don't see work of grace in all these overseas scholarship. If you put in great application, you will definitely have it. The selection is not based on grade only. The only thing you can tell me grace superceed grade is when you submit shambolic application and get selected which is something that happen in our land (naija) wella. Brother if you submit good application, I wish you well as a matter of fact I would have appreciate if those EU can just grant all Nigerians (with genuine intention) scholarship so as to leave this shithole. But don't rely on grace please do your best to have excellent application submitted. Well all the best as we all await several results. As for me I am still awaiting more than 5 results and I will probably add to it b4 d end of the month or April. All the best bro.

I learnt 1 of them is a first class graduate others I don't know. I only asked the guy because of the way he is sure he will get it. To me nothing is certain even though I am highly optimistic. But the only way to avoid disappointment is not too put ur hope too high. I know the number of scholarship love letter I have received between last year and this year. The first one almost killed me but this year I have received a 24000euro tuition scholarship which gave me hope that I am moving closer.
