It's you who doesn't get it. You don't buy tv rights for. Whole country over all forms of transmission, you buy rights over a mode of transmission. Internet tv rights are not satellite TV rights.

Internet tv rights were not sold to Multi choice. Infact internet for sub saharan Africa have never been auctioned as no one has been interested. Therefore beIN is allowed to sell the service to anyone who may be interested?

Well, you shld know Dstv has the exclusive right to broadcast All 380 Epl games in sub-saharan Africa across all platforms until the end of 21/22 season . They can only show a rare act of magnanimity to any other cable TV provider by allowing them beam an insignificant number of games. Tstv, I'm sure isn't honestly promising EPL games, mayb only the free game on Saturday is what equates their promise of showing EPL games.

I have advocated that the program be made truly voluntary and optional, but we are always scared to deviate for the obtained maybe because many are profiting from the shenanigans or we just repel change.
D society and those in Govt largely do not see those ills as worthy problems deserving prompt address and pragmatic solutions.

While I enjoyed the comments here, the assumptions and narratives of many. I find yours quite intriguing, nice and reasonable and few other persons. I would have try a submission of my own, but for the last paragraph of the Op's story, won't be necessary. The relationship lack proper merit and basic structure for a marriage, and the society and by-product of such marriage will definitely suffer. Two cannot walk and work together except they agree.

I give no guarantee. They won't type it immediately except you pull the proper strings. Like I said, just keep going to your workplace, don't keep waiting for the letter except you can't get busy without it. They are slow for a reason.. I won't explain why.

Why I join voice to shout 'restructure' the NYSC scheme if that is the right word for it; though I believe the word revisit the fundamentals of the program would be better. I must say there is no major shift that should happen except for making the service truly optional for graduates (it can be debated though). Prompt adjustments to the welfare aspects of the scheme to better cater for Corp members during the service year is most paramount. I am quite mentally lazy to highlight and explain areas where this should be directed little I can list is during Orientation camps: accommodation all it attendants facilities, meals, kits and an upward review of the allowances.

Asides, truly NYSC is the most effectual of all fg govt parastals I have ever encountered though their level of effectiveness is at the lowest of desires for a country wishing to return to her greatness.

I'm not surprised at Rooney's reaction, I would have been shameful if he did fake a smile at the fan embrace. Same Rooney that was said to have caught a flu in Nigeria in 2008 after spending less than 3hours in Nigeria to play a game against Portsmouth at Abuja, after having spent weeks in South Africa.
