MrMcJay:LOl very funny, that's the way of politicians. The APC ward in my neighbourhood in Mushin sef no get 1 single poster of Ambode anywhere on their walls. Initially, I thought the whole brouhaha was an orchestra to portray APC as encouraging internal democracy. Now I know better |

NwanyiAwkaetiti:You're not the only one, looking at the pic he looks like he is in his late forties. Not sure he should be flying that age except as an instructor. Pathetic loss of precious live. |
adecamp:I understand you but know that every man derive varying degree of satisfaction from various wants. Wonder why some people feel you are crazy, less intelligent because you love certain sports, culture, profession, TV shows etc. We are wired differently and man has been said repeatedly is a product of nature and nurture. Personally I use a Nokia Xl because I can't afford to spend my small savings on an upgrade. Not that I do not want to but I do not need to. I understand that and I am not feeling insecure or having sleepless night over that. I'm happy, I want to be happier. However, numerous people will have sleepless night, become depressed, absent-minded, weak and socially insecure if they can't upgrade the Samsung S9 to S9plus just as it happens to us all in other areas of our desires. They need to meet those needs at that point otherwise they can become a danger to themselves and others. Every business understands these yearnings, so you can't blame them nor should you question the rationality of the patronage received and the patron. That's what brings them joy and fulfilment, they have a right to it and should not be made or portrayed to be less critical. Also like someone explained above others upgrade to suit their business need, social media need easy sync of data across different devices but same platform. To each his/her own, be happy. |

Nigerian Graduates are unemployed not absolutely because of a flawed educational system not need based as the Op claimed. I identify with the reasoning of the Op, need based education is necessary, but I must reiterate strongly millions of Nigerian graduates are employable. First you must understand that the entry point of a graduate in a organisation is Managerial(mid-level managers) with less technical or tactical implementation, who should run on the field. The organogram of an organisation is typically pyramidal, that is it broad at the base where low level staffs are and get narrow upward. Nigeria of today is not industrialised to the level at which graduates can be absolved at their entry point. Even, the so called employable ones are mostly underemployed. What we need is to become higher industrialised, teach entrepreneurship scheme that is tailored after the society needs and close the doors to the importation of such means to satisfy such needs. As a matter of urgency in teaching entrepreneurship, marketing should take center stage. I do not need add the importance of financing in the design of this scheme. Government is vital to all these but as always they will prove useless because they don't care about us. |

sotall:Hello sir, you're doing a great job here sir. Sorry I couldn't go through the whole thread to see if the issue with my Cracked windows 7 Dell laptop has been addressed before apologies 1. On startup the Arrow Down key is repeatedly pressing and once I press and hold the Arrow Up button is returns to normal but the Arrow Down key will never function again. This has been on for like 2months and in the last 4days the issues with the keys are now spreading to other keys. 2.The data consumption of the pc is extremely high, regardless of the device I use to connect it to the Internet. I have restricted Windows updates yet the rate the system saps data is crazy. For example, today just using my mobile phone as hot-spot to send a mail and nothing more, the system used over 170mb. Very annoying 3. I also find it difficult uninstalling completely some software especially antivirus. Please help. |

sanmitee:Olusesi is a big blessing to students in Ilesa. It was a big regret for me not to have encountered the man's tutorial centre before my Utme lessons in mathematics. Such a great man, the best math teacher I have ever seen or heard of. Great he eventually set up Reality even though not a standard school but academical a glorious one. Are you from Ilesa? |
Dlastprophet:I thought something wasn't right with the speed at which the kids answer those questions within seconds, I do not know of any methodology that can make them answer such in seconds. Either it is as explained by you or they had more time alloted than the 60seconds claimed, just to package the show to appeal and challenge audiences so they collapse the time. The best academic show I had witnessed in my life is Bournvita Brain Match, no grey areas |

HaileSelassie:What fear and anxiety does to one, is not little at all? Find out which of the two is the problem. I had this same issue too, but I overcame by relaxing my muscles after I realised the major issue was that I was too anxious of Aceing the interview and be hired. This anxiety made me feel in my head I have better competitors for job positions and I must outdo whatever they bring to offer the employer. This made me want to use words to describe I could use a stone to kill 2000 birds on different trees at a sling. Interestingly, when the first question is thrown at me, I find it difficult to pull my words together, become incoherent, and this sets panic in of not at least impressing the interviewer because I can come across as not being confident. Simple solution after I looked stupid at some interview, I decided that I would not care to impress and I am not in competition with others but I am in competition with myself to be a better me. Now, when I arrive at the venue of an oral interview, I relax by talking with other invitees, have a friendly chat, don't get anxious about what is happening inside to those called in before you. When I am called in, I walk in with a smile on my face as I greet the interviewers, take a great smile as I receive the first question. Say my name with a passion, funny though I love my name now than I did before. That sets the tone for a good interview , it's a conversation or better still a chat. |
