In terms of organisation, Lagos is not a model city. Talk about transportation, environment and general infrastructure. I haven't been to Jo Burg, but my mom has... I've been to bigger cities in Europe as I studied in Germany. I have also been to a few African countries as well. While we are not competing, you need to understand that organisation is what makes a city called a city. I lived all my life in Lagos, and I can tell you Lagos is very dirty, if not for trade and commerce, it would be a very bad idea to live here.

Many senators have come and gone even in the era of oil boom, none cared to fix that dungeon called church. There are developmental projects that are rather awkward for the govt to embark on because they border on traditions not really captured by the constitution. Only sons of the soil will be concerned about them. Religion is one of those traditions.

Lastly, note environment plays a significant role in our activities and these activities include worshipping. With this new look of the church, residents of that community will now view going to church as a form of worship rather than punishment. Accordingly, they will stay a bit more longer in the church to worship properly.

the fact that Nigerian schools don't get rated high doesn't mean they are substandard, it simpy means they are under funded for research and have less papers published in academic journals... in terms of lecturing and delivering knowledge which is the primary responsibility of a uni, I bet you they far out class many , our graduates in Nigerian University are breaking bariers in top colleges overseas, my very own sister who graduated with 2.2 in accounting LeadCity Uni Ibadan , proudly graduated with 2.1 and almost clinching 1st class in law.. in University of Liverpool

Probably she's smart, hardworking and graced. I can tell you that many of these institutions in Nigeria only functions in dishing out have cooked yet soured graduates.
