“We want to state that if the former President wanted to contest an election, he would make his intentions clear to the public and will not enter through the back door.”

Dr Jonathan’s Media Adviser, Ikechukwu Eze, said in a statement hours after the news that the group had bought the form broke that the former did not authorise the purchase and consider the move by the group ‘an insult’.

“We wish to categorically state that Dr Jonathan was not aware of this bid and did not authorise it,” the statement read in part.

“We want to state that if the former President wanted to contest an election, he would make his intentions clear to the public and will not enter through the back door.”

In recent months, there have been increased speculations about whether the former President will run for his old post in in the 2023 general elections and there have been calls for him to do so.

But the former President has yet to state whether he would contest or not.

“While we appreciate the overwhelming request by a cross-section of Nigerians, for Dr Jonathan to make himself available for the 2023 Presidential election, we wish to state, that he has not in anyway, committed himself to this request,” Eze said.

“Buying a presidential aspiration form in the name Dr Jonathan without his consent, knowing the position he had held in this country, is considered an insult to his person. The general public is therefore advised to disregard it.”

A coalition of northern groups purchased the APC presidential nomination form and the expression of interest form at the International Conference Centre in Abuja, informing journalists that it was for Dr Jonathan.

Sporting fez caps with the inscription ‘run Jonathan run’, members of the coalition said the former president is the most qualified person to succeed President Muhammadu Buhari.

In rejecting the forms, Dr Jonathan kept his plans close to his chest.

The purchase of the forms was the latest move in efforts by people who identify as his supporters to get him to contest.

Good evening, my wife went to work yesterday and i was at home because it was my off day at work. She came back late and i suspected that she went somewhere but didn't confront her.

Few months back, i was going through her phone and saw she had some dirty chats with her ex and that one was saying he should find time for him. I confronted her when i saw this and she apologized that such will never happen again.

Today, we were both laying next to each other in bed and she said she have a confession to make. She said she went out to the cinema with a friend of hers. She even took a cloth along with her when she was going without informing me. She said she changed her clothes at her friend's place. I asked her that if anything happen to her at the so called friend's house that she went to without informing me, who will they call? She said she's not a kid that i should stop saying such thing. She's here apologizing again and i don't know if i should forgive her or not.

pls forgive her.know that if she had Kept it away from you there is no way you would have known..my advice at this point is to give her more attention..your wife still have some guilt in her..nuture it. Love conquers all.. you can caution her and let her know how those actions of her affects your companionship…also let her know you love her so much and you are not comfortable with the fact that she still communicate with her ex..make sure she block her ex on every social media platform…block and delete their number..let her know there is no way you can move forward if you don’t let go of the past.. forgive her never use it against her.. she is not a bad woman .

I've been dating her for over three months now, first day I saw her I didn't like her or anything, I just did some biz with her, had a short Convo and left, so along the line we got familiar and we exchanged contacts, went on a casual date, then she painted herself as a God fearing girl, who don't want anything with guys, then I asked her how come her relationship status isn't single on fb, she said she put that to deter guys, I was wondering what she's doing with me since I'm also a guy then she gave me a shocker, that immediately she saw me she knew God want us to be a thing.

Honestly I'm not a God guy, I'm not religious at all, but I have good morals, I have been single for long so I decided to give it a go and we started dating.

not long after that she came to my place, and one thing led to the other and we had sex, it was a very foolish mistake I made because we agreed not to indulge, at least for like three months, and barely two weeks into the relationship we had sex, then I started noticing changes, first she became possessive, like she always wants to know what I am doing, who I am with, where I am at, and I hate that, I don't like feeling like someone owns me but she would always throw a tantrum when I point that out.

Things started going bad for me, financially I was failing here and there, it was a clusterfvck, bad luck everywhere, but I didn't think she was the cause because like I said, I'm not religious, I just believed it's just trying times they come and go, but it started shortly after the sex, I'm just stating it because it's significant.

Second, she calls herself a goddess, at first I thought it was this self appraisal thing girls do, I discovered it's not self appraisal at all, her birth name is some kind of deity where she's from, at this point I started wondering what I got myself into like she's all over me, I can't breathe, I sat her down and tried to talk to her that maybe we should breakup, she started crying and guilt tripped me into having sex with her, and since then whenever she comes around it's always sex, like I'm tired of it now, I will resist and she'll do things, touch me in places and I'll be aroused in seconds, for someone who claimed she's not into sex, she's a vixen on bed, I feel like I don't even know her anymore, lastly I have terrible nightmares now, and it's always sexual, that wasn't the case before I met her, right now I can't think of a way to free myself from her shackles, I just want to undo everything, make everybody dey him dey.

from ur write up I could tell you are very superstitious.. if you continue like this you will go into depression and it won’t do you any good..from the very beginning you never found her attractive it’s normal to feel the way u are feeling..but attributing your momentary set back to her is a no no for me.. take it from me.no one has power over u.no one has such power. The country is hard for everyone so don’t attribute it to the poor girl..just be positive minded..clear those negativity off your mind and you will see how things start turning up for good for u

Go to road safty or vehicle licencing office they will help u with his address..make sure u file a police report and have his account flagged..this is sad indeed

So straight to the point. Please I need your advice about two things.

1. I just got my inheritance and I got cash of 8M and there's this popular belief of people squandering their inheritance,I don't want that to be my portion so which business can I invest it into. For context, I currently have a job and I'm not ready to quit so please put that into consideration.

2. My younger brother is still a student so he has asked me to save his portion of 6M in bank until he graduates but I don't think that's a good idea. I would rather he put it in some form of secure investment that will be yielding something. Kindly give us suggestions.

First check if ur transmission oil is gauged..buy Original Honda oil to top it up or drill if the oil is bad..I have had such experience with my Honda Civic ..a top up solved the problem

Safe ur self from the stress .simple swear an affidavit and get police extract that at the point of registration the engine number could not be assessed. as such the car was registered without the engine number.you wish to state that the car particulars remains valid with or without the engine number..go to licensing officer both the extract and affidavit shouldn’t cost u more than 3500

How do I get it uploaded on FRSC data. Any step you know I can take?

take ur allocation n proof of ownership to MVAA station where the vehicle was registered, to find out if it was really registered there. u will locate the station on the proof or d stamp on both documents.

if ur vehicle info is found, the station will send ur vehicle info n id to FRSC for uploading.

if its not found, i'm sure u know what that means!.

Not all plate numbers are uploaded on FRSC database. I have a Lagos number that I’ve been using for over a year that’s not on FRSC database. You can check autoreg and you will see the details there.

do something about it..its better for it to show valid and not yet assigned than for it to show. Invalid..there are many fake numbers in Nigeria..don’t mistake auto reg with FRSC..they have diff mandates..all the plate numbers that are produced by FRSC are on their data base. Auto reg does not produce plate numbers..they only work with what is presented to them.u can have a fake number with authentic registration..there are many fake plate numbers in lagos
