......Dani Alves on the agenda people!!! ![]() |
iamoyindamola:.....Lol, we win get out of this but it will take a while unless Emery pulls a miracle this season. |
iamoyindamola:.... Just imagine what Wenger and his boss have reduced us to. Tottenham is now outbidding us and hijacking players we are set to sign. Tottenham with zero trophy blah blah is now bullying us and yet some myopic fans will keep shouting Kronnke out yet some of them still wanted Wenger here and still do and we keep wondering why we are where we are today. |
Roland17:Bro, this one just weak me as I saw it today. To think that all we have for these are fa cups and decimated squad.... Kai.... ![]() |
.....This just shows how badly we been run the few years..... Gazidis and Wenger has so damaged this club that it will take years to fix it....
|
Fkhalifa:....Lol, soon the nations cup will soon be over and where else will you come to, no be here? ... I am pissed at how slow and lifeless we are concerning so many things. Imagine leaking every single details of a particular transfer you haven't sealed yet to the public. A transfer that has been on for a month and then in two days, Tottenham have placed a better deal for the player in question and are now negotiating Toby to Roma, all these happening in two days!!! Why is it so difficult for us here? Last summer was much quicker but right now, things are in disarray, I hope Edu coming in will sort this mess out. I saw the squad training pics, and I couldn't help but cringe. ...We have only one decent goal keeper, one starting centre back ( I no longer count Koscienly, he is a disgrace) , No decent left back, zero right back, no box to box midfielder, no single winger and yet we are four weeks away to the start of the premier League and we'll play Liverpool with such a squad ![]() ....Omo, we sef don dey fear. ![]() |
BikeMan:....May 2020 will tell. |
Roland17:..... Sweet Jesus..... Suarez was earning that much and the only thing he did was play in Abu Dhabi.... That's ridiculous. .. Leicester came for Elneny some seasons back and somehow we failed to sell, Now Palace of all clubs say they don't want Chambers, Elneny and Jenkinson in the Zaha deal. Absolutely no one wants our players anymore. ....Now, Tottenham are trying to Hijack Saliba deal while all our executives are in far away America. I don't even understand this club anymore as it seems the club is on autopilot, people doing whatever they like with no supervision whatsoever from KSE. ..... Torreira earning less than Elneny.... shocking!!! |
iamoyindamola:..... Exactly and we want to sell these players to who? Calamity Mustafi for 90k when Matip earns less than that and he is a Champions League winner. Kai.... Gazidis do us bad thing. |
kokaneprodigy:....Oh, that answer is funny. How much is Jota earning? How about Wilson who was better than Lacazette last season, how much does he earn? ...Zaha earns 130k, Christian Eriksen earns 75k, Robertson of Liverpool earns 50k, Mane earns 90k ... Toby of Tottenham earns 80k.... These are all quality players but look at their earnings. Compare that to the mediocre players on our payroll who are no where in quality to the players above and the reason why we can't seem to sell them won't be far off. ....So, yes, once again, your answer was funny. |
kokaneprodigy:....Lol, what an answer.. Okay oh Mr. Prodigy |
kokaneprodigy:..... Which is why I have asked you to open that link and see why we are getting outspent by the mid table clubs. ...Yes, wages didn't affect us before because money was coming in from champions League but we no longer have that and so naturally, the wage bill will affect us now. That's my point. |
kokaneprodigy:..... Click on the link I posted and see why we have a low transfer budget this summer, which actually tallies with my post. ...As to your question, We have a wage bill that's above 240m pounds which is going to affect a team that's not in the champions League which is my point. ....Ozil = 350 × 52 weeks = 18.2m ....he still has two years on his contract, which translates to 36.4 million pounds ....Mkhi = 180k × 52 = 9.36m .... Kolasinac = 119.5k × 52 = 6.21m Jenkinson =. 45k × 52 = 2.34m ..... Mustafi = 90k × 52 = 4.68m, he still has two years on his contract, which equals = 9.36m ....Total amount = 63,560,000m pounds. ...So you want to tell me that if we have this amount removed from our wage bill by selling these players, it won't affect the club's transfer budget. Is that what you are trying to tell me, Mr. Prodigy ? |
kokaneprodigy:..... Is Ozil the only player in the club and do you see anywhere I mentioned your lover in my post? High wages is the reason we can't sell players was what I posted. I didn't mention Ozil or anything like that. ....I also mentioned that failure to qualify for champions League have finally caught up with us, which is why a huge chunk of the limiting revenue generated is going into the wages of players. What is so difficult in my post to understand?? ... It's either you are on your drugs or you have serious comprehension issues which is surprising because my grammar is simple enough. ![]() |
....Oga patrickmuf, kindly visit that link up there and you will your answer, at least, some part of it. |
..... @MrDojo and every concerned fan, this is the Swiss report I was referring to in my earlier post and why we are getting outspent by the likes of Westham and Leicester this window. ....https://mobile.twitter.com/SwissRamble/status/1145583489103945728?s=19 |
kokaneprodigy:....This man, stop behaving like a woman and acting like a layman. What am I saying sef; you are actually the joke of this particular section...... Stay off my mention please. |
MrDojo:...... There is this Swiss article on how we have lost so much money the last few years. I can't seem to find it now. Yes, Arsenal is one of the most valuable and profitable football teams in the world but that doesn't translate to having actual cash to spend. Arsenal is run differently than other clubs because the owner has bluntly refused to put his money into the club so we have to depend on the money generated by the club itself to do our thing. ...We started out similarly with Bayern and Athletio Madrid but can we honestly say we are the same in terms of calibre after all these years? The answer is a big no. ....We have struggled to sell players for good prices and in order to keep the good ones we have whether out of sheer desperation or stupidity, we over paid these players. It didn't affect us years past because we always qualified for the champions League but our horrible decisions are now catching up with us because now, we have been running on losses. Nearly all the money made by the club actually goes into running the club with a huge chunk going into paying the players. ....The wages on these players are the reason no one wants them and so they will keep leeching the club until the end of their respective contracts. It's mind blogging how a big club like ours is in such a mess. While I don't blame the owner for how the club currently is, I blame him for allowing an incompetent board to just can get away with destroying the club without no consequence. The cleansing started too late and now we just have to hope for the best. It's a big shame and yes we are still paying for the stadium. |
....... Koscielny Current Situation by Ornstein..>>>> >>>Koscielny situation brewing behind the scenes. Decision to not go on your with team on tour was bolt out of blue. He informed Emery in a meeting that he would not travel. Emery was furious. Message got to Raul and he sent a message to Koscielny that he was furious too and not going to US would be a breach of contract and disciplinary measures would ensue. ****Koscielny replied to emphasise his stance and feelings on the matter. ****Koscielny required to train with youngsters in London Colony. If he refuses to do so, that will also be seen as a breach of contract. Arsenal to discipline and punish the player for his actions. They will decide what punishment is required. ****Situation dates back to Koscielny's return from his achilles injury in 2018. Since then, he has been discontent and unhappy due to the management of his playing schedule and the direction of how the club is moving and how they operate. ****As Arsenal were competing for CL football, they sat down with Koscielny to negotiate a new deal. Koscielny saw a future if CL football was obtained. ****No CL football has affected the transfer plans for the club significantly (obviously). ****When Koscielny came back from his break after the previous season ended, he informed Arsenal of his intentions to leave and wanted to make an amicable decision but Arsenal rejected the idea and wants to have him as a key part of their plans for next season and expect him to see out his contact. ****However Koscielny believes there is an agreement that will allow him to leave for free this summer. Arsenal categorically deny this. Koscielny believes there will be an offer coming in that Arsenal will deem acceptable. There is no offer on the table at this point. Situation is an utter mess right now. ****Unlike Arsenal to release the statement on Koscielny but they wanted to release the story before speculation happened/other media finding the truth and would blame Arsenal for not releasing the information. ****Arsenal close to completing deal for Saliba. Loan back for next season. ****Mavropanos not seen as a creditable option at the moment. His ability and potential to compete seen as a concern. ****Would like to sell Mustafi this summer. Under contract and no desire to leave. Likely to stay. ****Palace not interested in any player exchange for Zaha. Something major has to happen for deal to happen like sale or Kroenke investment which will almost definitely not happen. ****Looking for a box to box midfielder to replace Ramsey but no names as of now. ****Interested in Tierney. Expected to come back in for him but very quiet at the moment. ****Don't care if Koscielny statement was good or bad due to the amount of work required in the market already. ****Not sure what's happening with Bielik. Word from Polish journalists is the Bielik wants to move on. ***Chambers determined to win a place at Arsenal. ****Difficult for fences to be mended between Koscielny and Arsenal. Better for him to leave rather than not play. ****Likelihood is Koscielny will get his way and leave due to this situation. *****Small details to finalise in Saliba deal. Agreement done. In the hands of lawyers. Tottenham and Wolves were interested in Saliba too. ****Emery previously had concerns over Nelson. Nelson needs to impress in pre-season *****Wouldn't be shocked if we went in for Malcom with Raul's link to Barcelona. ***Arsenal analyzed Ziyech but not interested in pursuing him. Not on their agenda. ****Arsenal have to strike asking price to get Tierney over the line. Even with our budget, deals can be done as transfers operate in installments. .. ..... Copied |
Fkhalifa:... You sef, at least wait till the end of the transfer window before issuing that your evil prophecy ![]() ....If we had no intention of getting Zaha, we won't have submitted any bid and up till now, we are yet to submit an improved bid, perhaps we are waiting for the nations cup to be over. Zaha's transfer has final day written all over it. .... Emery will surely not go into new the season with the same squad of the previous campaign if he isn't preparing for the sack. He is no fool. ....Sky sports is reporting that Fenebreche are interested in loaning Ozil for next season with an unknown sponsor paying half of his wages. I don't see that happening but one can never know though. So yes, Raul is working. |
MrDojo:..... , .......all those Carrasco and Fraser was just agent talk, Zaha has been our number one target this summer and to me he is as good as gone. Malcolm talk is just a tool to make Palace think we are not desperate and give room for Zaha to pressure them to let him go. Ornstein already said the transfer will get ugly and we all know Raul is the master when it comes to such transfer shenanigans. ..... Chelsea has a new coach, Man United are in crisis while we are still stable. if we get Zaha and Tierney, even without selling some of those useless players, we still stand a good chance to get top four. So, I will be really looking forward to this season if we get the players above and I know you will too. ![]() |
...... Emile Smith Rowe promoted to first team and given the number 32. .... Well, it's looking like no midfield signing this window since Willock, Smith, Niles and maybe Iwobi will all be playing in the middle. Interesting thought. |
.... It's Official, Edu is technical director.
|
MrDojo:....Bro, the thing truly dey somehow but I think it's the new policy of the club. They're building for the long term since buying supposed established players didn't really work during the tail end of Wenger's reign. Now, we have deadwoods that have become near impossible to sell. .....I don't think one year will kill us and should we leave him and another team gets him, he then becomes another Van Dirk tomorrow, Arsenal fans won't let us hear the last of it. It's a good deal since he will be staying in France for a year, so we will pay more than 85% of the transfer fee when he joins fully next season. It doesn't eat too much into our transfer budget but we will have an amazing defender who will most likely pair with Holdini for seasons to come and a player we can make huge profit from should we decide to sell. .... It's an amazing work by Raul and his team, kudos to them. Now, get Tierney, Zaha and hopefully a central midfielder. A defensive signing will depend on player sales. That won't be a bad window. |
.......Edu has also been confirmed to have left the Brazilian squad..... His announcement should be official in the coming days..... ..... Time for our transfer activities to pick up speed..... |
...... Tier 2 --- [Bouhafsi] William #Saliba at #Arsenal it burns! Arsenal and #ASSE have reached an agreement around 30M €! The 2 clubs are still discussing transfer bonuses. It may take a few more hours, days. The player already agrees with Arsenal. He will stay at ASSE one season. #RMCsport. .... |
...,....Get this Saliba deal done for God sake, now Wolves and Roma have entered into the fray. I don't know why these deals are taking so long since Celtic have already signed a replacement for Tierney. It's just five weeks to the start of the season and ten days to the US tour. I just tire for this club. ![]() |
.....I guess the article that was about us planning for Zaha and Madison this summer if we qualified for champions League was true. We are really in for Zaha but we don't have the funds so the best solution is what Raul is doing presently just as he did when he was at Barca, turning the head of Fabregas and unsettling the player. ....Zaha has repeatedly spoken of his desire to come to Arsenal and has done so again this window, only difference is that for the first time we are actually bidding for him. It changes everything because he will naturally force his way out of the club should Palace refuse to accept our proposal and forthcoming ones. This will surely be another Mahrez all over again. .... This is Raul's plan obviously and yes I hate playing dirty but I am glad that we are going for quality players and doing everything within our disposal to get such players. ......40-45m + Chambers whom they were after last year should be enough to land the guy. Mustafi should be given for free for anyone who wants him. ![]() ....One other good thing about this is that the lower the amount of cash paid for Zaha, the lesser the amount Man United will take from the sale....win - win for everyone.... ![]() |
...... Isn't creating chances his job? Is that not why he is the number one playmaker in the team. The guy has always been the highest creative player in the team so what is God's name special about that or is it Iwobi that will take that mantle from him or Mkhi or who exactly? Look at the list of our so called best players last season but you only picked Ozil because he is your favorite player and yet you keep writing about being emotional when you are actually the one acting like a bittch in heat whenever Ozil is mentioned. .... Mustafi won more Duels than any other player in the team yet we want him sold.... as much as Xhaka has improved, the jury is still out on him and some fans still want him out. Some fans can't stand the thought of Iwobi starting in the team despite his successful take ons. Lacazette's poor number of away goals or total goals per season is not a very big improvement on Giroud's despite the amount paid on him and some fans see him as very replaceable. These are all players who did far better than Ozil last season yet fans want them out. ..... Stats are not enough because we are all watched Ozil last season and he was poor... very poor. You mentioned goal scoring chances but how many assists and even pre-assists was tagged to his name last season? Tell us sir. No sane fan will openly say that paying Ozil that sort of salary for goal scoring chances and two assists all season isn't a problem but what does one expect from an addict in the first place.

Toeyean1507:.... Good afternoon. Uhm, I didn't ....I just stopped posting stories here for free. I sell my stories now but like I have been telling those who have asked recently, I will post a new story here at the end of the month for free. I will tag you when I do. Thanks for asking about me in your way . |
Centino:..... .... finally.... What about Agbo wife na ![]() |
BlueRayDick:.... Which is the more reason why we don't need any negativity right now. If America isn't a footballing nation like that then other parameters such as off the pitch antics will come into play or don't you think so? ....Ozil is not the scapegoat here. Yes, he has been very poor but he is not the sole problem of the team. Everyone knows that. If it were to be Kolasinac or someone of lesser pedigree in this same situation, I doubt if anyone will give a damn. But Ozil has tremendous star player in terms of followers and this has been a long drawn topic too since the world cup. ..... Not all Americans voted for Trump and whether his policies are good or bad, he claims to have his country at heart but can we say the same for Ozil? Does his recent actions speak well for Arsenal? Give an honest answer abeg. |
