The only way he can have votes in the south-west again is to become people's President overnight. Sincere 9gerian: Sometime ago I opened a thread to expose and prove beyond doubt the systematic biase and partisanship of the moderators on the politics section of this forum.

I started that thread with the following opening post:

All I can say to the obviously partisan moderators on the politics section of NL is well done. These moderators have left no one in doubt that they'r pro-ACN/CPC.

Consistent with their past antics, they had to dig deep to bring up the topic "Hurry Up, Jonathan - Reuben Abati" so as to dilute Abati's recent article titled "The Hypocrisy Of Yesterday’s Men, By Reuben Abati" and pushed both of them to the front page.

We saw the same antics when the El Rufai blasphemous tweet raged like wild fire. The moderators found a way to balance the initial blasphemous tweet with an apology. In fact, the initial tweet did not make the front page until an apology was ready to ACCOMPANY it.

This very ugly development is very unfortunate. I feel so sad that we cannot get an unbiased and neutral platform for all and sundry to express themselves. More disheartening is the fact that an otherwise great platform is being destroyed by biased and partisan moderators.

For the records:
1) the thread https://www.nairaland.com/1202176/revealed-govnor-fashola-paid-usd500 was created first (Feb 20th) but despite all the protest, it never made it to the front page.

2) the thread https://www.nairaland.com/1202702/jonathan-spent-1m-beyonce-jay was created on the 21st of Feb.

3) the shameless antics and biase of the moderators on this particular issue was preempted by a Nlander, @ Mr Globe.., who stated thus "Its funny how the usd500000 will not make homepafe but this $1million from 2006 is seconds away from making Nairaland homepage"

Definitely, it cannot be because one will generate more traffic than the other. Is it because the moderators trusted one and not the other? Are the moderators now the judge that decides which report is true or false? Even if that is the case, I'v seen COUNTLESS reports make the front page with a question mark. So why didn't the 'untrusted' report make the front page (with a question mark) along with the 'trusted' one for all and sundry to debate the issues?

As far as I'm concerned, all I see in this whole unfortunate incident is the usual antics of biased and partisan moderators (or Super Mods).

I therefore ask, when will the moderators on this section of NL purge themselves of biase and partisanship?

I know I have no right to direct NL on what to do but the least everyone should get here is the same justice, equity and fair play we demand from the political actors.

All these while, I'v concentrated on the "Eko oni ba je" crew and other liars and propagandists on this forum, but on this day, a new front has been opened. That front is with the partisan and biased moderators. The war on this front will go on concurrently with the war on other fronts.

You are not entirely right in your assertion. Buhari has denounced your allegations several times about telling muslims to vote for muslims only. Buhari chose his campaign destinations based on the cash he had access to. We all know there is a, historical, resentment for anything Northern in the East of Niger. No matter who the Northerner is or what he does he is most likely not going to be supported by SE against any Christian opponent.

Buhari is human, definitely not perfect, but his performance, actions and inclinations in the past when given opportunities to serve still stand him out maong his peers to date.

Why do you guys think this is not possible? Jonathan is currently emmascualting the the PDP Govs and undermining the larger Nigerian Govs Forum. First of many battles of 2015 war has been won by GEJ by installing Akpabio as PDP-Govs Head. Today's outcome of NGF election will add more tempo to the centripetal force between the Govs and GEJ. If GEJ insists on having his way in PDP 2015 dont you think APC might just welcome the 20 Govs.

A similar situation has happened in Ogun State before, where 15 lawmakers held Gbenga Daniel's government to ransom and paralysed all government activities in the state. All the 15 lawmakers negotiated and collapsed into ACN.

Nothing surprises me again but one thing I still find difficult to understand is why are we not doing anything. Jonathan government seems to be on a mission to run this Nation aground but we watch as if we are absolutely helpless. Sincere 9gerian: Reports reaching yours sincerely is that the Good Governance Tour Team (GGTT) Led by minister of information, Labaran Maku, stormed Edo state few hours ago.
The team arrived the state as part of its ongoing physical inspection of federal, state and local govt projects across the 36 states and FCT.

Reports has it that in keeping with its earlier opposition to the Good Governance Tour programme, the state governor, Adams Oshiomole, shunned the team. This is the first time a state govt is shunning the GGTT. Already, the GGTT have been to 14 states, including APGA and CPC controlled states. There are also reports that the state owned media organisation has been used to discredit the GGT programme prior to arrival of the team today.

Even without the support of state govt, the GGTT have proceeded to begin inspection of federal govt projects. Among projects slated for inspection today is the re-modelled Benin Airport, the re-construction of Benin-Ore road among other roads and facilities within the University of Benin Teaching Hospital. Inspection of other FG (and state if the governor changes his mind) projects will continue for 3 days after which the visit will, as usual, culminate in a Town Hall Meeting.

I have been trying to follow a thread, purportedly, opened by insecere9gerian to showcase GEJ's achievements but I am yet to be dissapointed about my belief that GEJ lacks all it takes to be a fruitful leader. I have seen genuine and deliberate effort for development in Lagos, Rivers, Akwa-Ibom to mention a few-these are evidenced by various verifiable pictures/videos posted by lackeys/fans of these government but I have not seen any heart-warming evidence of any project started and completed by GEJ at Aso-Rock or even back then in Yenagoa.

However, I totally agree with you that there seem to be deliberate efforts at sabotaging GEJ' government by some Northern elements but that is not an excuse for the President to continue failing in deligently discharging his duties. In a bunch of Banana there will always be a bad one and with over 150 million people to lead a good leader must be ready to celebrate merits, purnish offenders,uphold justice and equity. Jonathan found it easy to shift burden of subsidy on already impoverished Nigerians when all evidence showed people were being paid for services they were not rendering. He even sent soldiers to trample them and allowed the rich to get richer at detriment of the poor masses. He budgetted billions for food while he has the record of having largest entourages to many global events while people are dying of basic needs of life. Ezekwezile has thrown his government a challenge they still cant find a convincing reply to. His government is being used as a case study for 'suffering in the midst of plenty' by the world super-powers. He lies and if there is anything consistent about him its the fact that he is inconsistent. Tell me how is GEJ' profligacy, inhumane treatment of the downtrodden and absolute lack of direction the fault of the North? Do they have a remote controller to his brain?

On the new level of corruption being institutionalised by GEJ/PDP how can you possibly blame it on someone else? We entrusted GEJ with our mandate and our wellbeing. He has the powers to hire resourceful aids and fire corrupt/unproductive ones. GEJ government is planning an Abuja city gate with N7B, a women bla bla center with tens of Billion Naira,and eating with billions of naira. Was he forced to conceive all these waste by the North when millions cannot afford 3 square meals? Maina illegally kept N32B of aged people to serve personal gains and did not arouse any for of indignation from GEJ but he 'aided' him to walk.

My brother most people are less concerned about where the President is coming from,we just need hope for good roads,constant power-supply, reliable medical centres but GEJ inclinations negate everything any rational Nigerian could dream of.

You claimed you have a video that can prove Buhari does not keep his words and he said he has a catalogue of videos that can prove GEJ does not say thruth at all. Its on records that all the people that do not want Buhari in Aso Rock still believe his words and actions.

2015 is gradually taking shape but unfortunately we the innocent people will suffer neglect henceforth. This is clearly PDP splinter group. GEJ has called bluff his former backers and they need a platform to show him 'who run this hood'. GEJ is deconstructing PDP with the hope of reconstructing it to his taste before 2015 elections and considering the enormous powers vested on the President as the Party Leader the anti-2nd term PDP war-lords have come-up with a Plan B. My prediction is that this group will be openly and secretly sponsored by 'racalcitrant' PDP Govs, OBJ's Millionaires, and other agriefed PDP war-lords while they will still stay back in PDP to 'give GEJ hell'. Then on the final days they will all leave the near-empty vessel for GEJ. GEJ will definitely 'fight back' the way he did in preparation for 2011 PDP selection. No sacrifice will be too much to get a 2nd nod- any oppositions ready to drop the sword will be made Millionaires, so much cash would be doled out to everyone that counts and all meaningful development efforts will be abandoned as usual.

If GEJ/PDP led government could blame IBB/Dokpesi for October 1st,2011 bomb blast even when the perpetrators had already owned up then with the current political situation in the country this might just be another GEJ/PDP scheme to create rancour between southwest and the north. Especially, with this info coming from PDP/GEJ led govt I wont be surprised if they get this desperate. GEJ is becoming very unpopular in the southwest while ACN has embraced Buhari this is no doubt giving GEJ sleepless nights.
