The Contract is a civil one and the Arbitration clause only applies to civil matters. If a criminal matter arises, that clause is very useless and doesn't mean anything. That is the difference between Breach of contract, Fraud and OBT.

Once you report a case of fraud or financial crime to the Police, the police can approach a Magistrate court for an order freezing all bank accounts belonging to that company. Once the order is granted, the banks are compelled to comply.
The Police and the courts don't even give the company an opportunity to reply because the complaint is a criminal matter of fraud and informing the company would prejudice their investigations. So, the company doesn't know until they go to the bank and they can't collect 1 kobo. Even the bank won't know until they get the court order and they must comply immediately.

After bringing your facts and information, the Court may eventually lift the order, but after how many months? Can you wait for 5 or 8 or 13 months for the account to be unfrozen before collecting your money?

Sensible investors avoid litigation. Only ignorant ones see litigation and jump into it. MBA should not fall for that trick.

Well, litigants have to have adequate facts and points on ground before any court can agree to freeze mba account. If this is how easy it is to freeze a company account, then most Nigerian companies would have been shut down because most are debtors.
A lot of this people here threatening court case haven't even read their contracts properly. Arguing with them is just like arguing with primary school pupils.
These same miscreants threatening a court case against mba probably didn't comprehend or understand the clause in their contract which states that conflicts between them and the company would have to go through an arbitration process first and if not resolved, the courts will have the final say.
I just laugh at the foolery of some people here

Doesn't even need personal journey through the courts. Complaints to the SEC will trigger the necessary regulatory moves against this unregulated entity, yes, including bank account freezes.

As an 'investor', this is how to kill the goose if you're getting jittery and your ROI held up but at least any money in the accounts will be preserved.

This might also be the convenient excuse the ponzi Sponsors are praying for.

Guys chill MBA is still there with a problem. I don't know how you will George it but the fact is they are facing a huge problem which led to the merging and perhaps may lead to hundred percent online investment after the merging
Banks are closing corporate account with MBA almost all banks. More reason why the delay in payment cos banks helps MBA to pay RIO so Maxwell is paying from his own account manually with manual instructions and it's stressful more like having plenty transfer form and start transferring funds. What leads to closing of account is the central bank demand a requirement from MBA I can't place the requirements but stay tuned I will find out and relate with you. and the given time has elapsed so any bank found operation a corporate account with MBA will be fined so banks have started dumping to save their head. The Demand required central bank to be in control of fund I presume but that kind of demand is no good for a business man. so guys thats the fact from the men on the inside if your want to terminate who you ep....go and terminate joor the rich are not suppose to be plenty self we don't need children here

My brother, do what you have to do... But I believe mba is not going anyway, nor do they have liquidity issues. I also faced a lot of challenge when I was recovering my capital but I did get my capital even though it took almost 2months and now I have gone online. Cheers

MBA never stated that it will take 2months to get your capital back, they only said during the process of completing the merger, refunds might take up to 2months.

Please refer to the bolded.

Advision:
According to MBA forex you're termination of your investment is not allowed within this year (until 2 months), so the fake Dr from Arlington sending you termination form, I just laugh at his case

To God be the glory!!! My mum has been paid her 4th ROI for the month of November yesterday night. Due date is 4th, Eliozu Branch.

She also called to ask if MBA now pays from a private account since the payment narration indicated that one Maxwell Odum Chiz paid her from GTBank account and not the usual MBA.

I had to explain to her the ongoing migration and the payment received was from the CEO's account.

I have not received mine yet which is also due for the 4th of November, same Eliozu Branch, but I am certain I will be paid.

Once paid I will come back to testify.

My people NO CAUSE FOR ALARM.

Even the CEO is also assisting so the backlog can be cleared.

GOD NO GO SHAME US.

Advision:
The IG session did not put issues to rest and I'll highlight some other perspective they deliberately avoid.

1. Is MBA forex facing a cash crunch?

The answer is almost certainly YES. Freezing termination of capital for 2 months and keeping "offline" investor at the bottom of the list is a way to keep the limited cash in the system circulating

It's one thing to tell offline contributors that for administrative reasons they will experience delays, it's another thing to tell all contributors that they cannot access their contribution till January next year (this is cannot be as a result of an admin challenge)

2. Will MBA forex survive beyond Dec?

Most likely yes, albeit with delays.
Freezing withdrawals (both offline and online), means the system can conserve cash to keep paying online "investor (& offline investors) if funds permit.

Unlike mmm where 100% of the capital is returned after just one month with 30-50% ROI, MBAF returns only a 15% "ROI", and holds the premium for at least 6months.


3. Will things be back to normal by January next year

Most likely no, while the contributions from online investors (who may keep investing because they are still getting paid) will keep thing going, it won't be adequate to cover every contributors pay-out (ROI+matured capital).

Also, confidence in the scheme is also impaired, without contributors bringing in more than they takeout, the scheme will not be-able to meet it's matured obligation

Lastly there are many new "investment companies" still paying, many newbies will rather go there, since most don't have any payment issue (just yet)



My conclusion?

- MBA could survive to next year (since capital withdrawals are now frozen

- delays will continue into next year (don't count on what they just said)

- contributors will have to take a haircut or forfeit entire contributions for the system to go back to normal (at least for now)

-within 6-12 month when many online contributions become due, the system will face this same issue again (I wonder what they'll do then)

I had expected contributors to ask for the management or audited account of the company, so they can see for themselves they state of the company's "trading" activities and assess their portfolios, but many contributors are not normal people (from the way they behave here), so I'm not surprised this did not come up

Do any one know about fxtm I think there own investment plan is more genuine. They paste there best traders on there platform them you can invest with any of them, what ever profit they make you make too. At the end of the month you give them there cut, some collect 30% some 50% some 25%.

For the past one month have been monitoring some traders that I would love to invest with them. I think there own is better know fixed percentage and you can withdraw your morning any time.

My people happy Independence Day. I pray that may we truly be financially independent on economic situation in the country. As usual rains of alerts for this month have started dropping. My alerts for my first two accounts due 3rd and 4th have dropped. That of the 3rd (8th ROI) dropped on the 5th while that of the 4th (11th ROI) just dropped a few mins ago. Both are with Lekki branch. I sent them an email on the 5th morning telling them my alerts never dropped. That evening the first one dropped. Yesterday sent a reminder email about the second one. No response. So I called customer support this morning. The lady told me there were some 4th ROIs delayed but should be paid before end of this week. Just a fews mins ago, the eagle landed. Even when salary no come, this one dey take care of business. For sure rollover loading for the 1st account by the tine I get the 12th ROI next month. Praise the Lord as I set out with certain monthly income targets in mind. I have achieved 90% of initial target milestone. So I have set another milestone that doubles initial target income. I trust God to help me achieve it. Long live MBA. I am expecting the ROI on the 9th (9th ROI) for my 3rd account. Pray along with me.

I can feel your pains just that no one can help you here. pls note that, 1k 2k goes a long way in achieving your goals, there is no time I go there to rollover over that I don't drop something, last time I went There to rollover my contact person has move to Bara, the next person transferred to another branch so I made sure I got the contact of another person and even wtout doing anything for me I gave her money even dropped her Close to her house and guess what she gave me her number and said I can call her any time I have issues. pls if you use one tactic and does not work then change formula. Try again and this time around, alert will land.

Update from my humble self for the month of September. I tried to give the update last week on Sept 10, the day after my 3rd investment with MBA was paid. I have 3 investments which ROIs drop on 3rd, 4th and 9th of every month. The 3rd one dropped on the 9th while the first two delayed just by a day. One of the mods removed my post and blocked me. This would be the 3rd or 4th time I would be blocked immediately I include update on my other investments with another company.
