I like these people as human beings they have more moral and values than most
believers out there but for me personally I pray that I never find myself in such a situation! smiley

FamilyRe: Picture Of Young Children Hawking Moin-Moin: Child Abuse? by Somagirl(f): 11:47am On Aug 31, 2011
I just want to bury my head in a pillow and  never wake up to face the world again, when I look at pictures like these.

But in reality not everyone can afford to have a happy childhood and circumstances that befall some children in the world just breaks my heart.

Also, this is a very sad documentary based on child slavery in the chocolate industry and might bring light to some of you consumers.

RomanceRe: Why Do Some Girls Like Abusive Relationship? by Somagirl(f): 11:37am On Aug 31, 2011
@ShipIT I doubt any sane person loves the 'drama and unpredictability' of an abusive relationship and if they did psychiatric diagnosis should be advised pronto!

IslamRe: Why Are Muslims Preventing Inter Religious Marriage? by Somagirl(f): 11:23am On Aug 31, 2011
Tribe does not come before religion in Islam tribalism/nationalism  is a grievous sin according to the Qur'aan so stop confusing culture for religion. You come across very ignorant and misinformed.  wink
RomanceRe: Wife Pregnant For Boyfriend by Somagirl(f): 11:10am On Aug 31, 2011
@Nayah I agree completely with you this time every woman has the right to choose what she wants to do with 'her' body even though some of us wholeheartedly disagree!

P.s I love your pic too *girl crush* wink
IslamRe: Why Are Muslims Preventing Inter Religious Marriage? by Somagirl(f): 11:05am On Aug 31, 2011
@Frosbel Loooooooooool@lost souls! *rolls eyes*

@OP listen all religions have rules and obligations that is why people follow a certain 'God' and have certain 'laws' in their ordained books!

Now are you telling me that a devout Christian would be 'willing' to marry a non-believer knowing that is the greatest sin in all religions not believing in God/Allah/Krishna , so how could you expect two of the most popular religions in the world to live happily together in a household when their significant other denounces their Lord?

In fact in Islam it is allowed for the man to marry outside of Islam because it is 'believed' by Muslims that the offspring will inherit the fathers name and therefore the fathers religion yet the same cannot be said for the women for the same reason.

Personally, I have no issue with people marrying into whatever religion/tribe/race they wish as it is our God given right to have free will in making choices but however I also have no issue with those people who choose to confine and limit their choices down to religion/tribe/race because we are all free to choose our path in life.
RomanceRe: Wife Pregnant For Boyfriend by Somagirl(f): 10:51am On Aug 31, 2011
@Missy what does 'terse' mean love?

@Nayah I agree with you partially, as strongly opinionated as I am on abortion I can sympathise with certain situations such as rape and inbreeding (even though personally I wouldn't advise abortion) I can still keep an open mind and feel sorry for the victims involved.

However, my opinion is based on the dilemma at hand and I would find it incredibly selfish if someone that committed adultery would not own up to their mistake and make right what is wrong.
RomanceRe: 40 Year Old Single Woman: Getting Desperate by Somagirl(f): 10:41am On Aug 31, 2011
Some of us have high-expectations when it comes to finding a significant other and at times those expectations can be unrealistic.

There is no such thing as a perfect partner unfortunately being human means we come with far more imperfections than perfections.

Therefore , I would advise you kindly to lower your expectations now I am in no way shape or form suggesting you start dating the bin man (even bin men make great lovers) but I suggest you give more men the benefit of the doubt!

Good luck in your journey and may you find prince charming and remember age is nothing but a number. wink
RomanceRe: Wife Pregnant For Boyfriend by Somagirl(f): 10:30am On Aug 31, 2011
@Leo-Max Abortion is murder if the woman was happy enough to open her legs than I don't see why she can't be happy enough to open her heart and purse!

Don't go playing with matches and act surprised when you see fire!

RomanceRe: Wife Pregnant For Boyfriend by Somagirl(f): 10:20am On Aug 31, 2011
She certainly made her bed but is she woman enough to lay in it?

I hope your friend doesn't choose the cowardly way and entrap an innocent man and child for life.

On a lighter note, the truth always comes out! wink
RomanceRe: Why Do Some Girls Like Abusive Relationship? by Somagirl(f): 10:15am On Aug 31, 2011
Although most abusive relationships may cause physical or mental damage, it is kind of hard to generalise as to why these people find themselves entrapped in such misery!

Most cases could stem from childhood experiences perhaps a child growing up in an abusive household and therefore tends to delve further into that psyche of 'normality'.

In other cases it could relate to what some may call LOVE and INFATUATION therefore would rather suffer the consequences than risk losing the abuser.

Whatever, the case we can all agree that these  people whether male or female lack self-esteem/self-worth and self-value because no matter what happens in life they can take anything from you but they can never take away your self-dignity unless you allow them to!
RomanceRe: Guys How Long Does It Take You To Ask A Girl Out? by Somagirl(f): 1:11am On Aug 31, 2011
If you like something you see, go for it!

It may or may not work out the way you want it to but life is all about taking risks.

Besides, there are lessons to be learned always.
