Have your firewall and footwells checked for any gaping holes that allow exhaust fumes to come in. Also, have your exhaust checked for leaks of any sort. The peppery eyes whild driving are most often the result of exhaust fumes coming into the cabin of the car.

If you're able to afford an evoque, you should be able to afford her maintenance. The owner's manual usually details the maintenance regimen, fluids and parts to use. Follow the owner's manual and maintain with either authorized dealerships or reputable specialist workshops.
