If you a dealer cannot bother to decently plug a hole in your "Tokunbo" vehicle, why should I assume that all other things check out? Mudguards are an option however, I will raise eyebrows if instead of four, I see three mismatched ones. Better you remove them (and all traces of them)entirely.

Volvo have models of same vehicle with and without washers regardless of their relevance. So if you decide to import the models with one, bring them up to standard rather than dismissing it as irrelevant and passing the expense to the customer. I gave my advice based on pictures the customer uploaded, one of which, from similar pictures is yours.

Do the right thing. It's only 2,000 apiece.

The two pictured above have their washers removed and in their place, a garish hole. Either you get an XC90 without one so the bumper is flush, or you get one with all potential holes plugged in. It's not aesthetically pleasing and can be a haven for mud, dirt and rust.

If you must get the XC90, get one with the headlamp washers intact.
