No, here's my point. I use my banks through apps. That's 126 banking apps, that's insane. I'm seeing it from my view, he should have a PA that organises it for him.
Definitely, they mostly have boys that handle some of these things for them.

Owning it is not what I'm talking about, 126 accounts, how does a person spread his money like that. That's a job to just go through all your accounts. In the end, everything was discovered. What a waste.
Spreading money to various accounts isn't that difficult since they mostly have different client. It's just a booklet away.

How does a single person maintain 126 accounts?
You can have up to 10 bank acct with just one bank.

I used to have 4 bank Accts with diamond bank and 2 with Access bank. Now I have 6 bank accounts with Access bank after buying diamond bank but only 2 is in active use.

Less crowd because I chose not to go to church this morning for this exercise.

So asking you questions based on your comment makes me a Mr. I know it all?

How do you learn?

You wouldn't have asked me the question below if you had read more than just the headline. There have been a series of news about Nigerians doing crime in India for weeks now.

Read, it doesn't hurt.

They go to a working system and still remain criminals, yet you think it's because of the leaders?

Most of you are about to become tenants in your own home.

An average African does not have the ability to think the future from the present, it's all about what to eat and how to enjoy all the material gains of today.

Let me ask you a few within Nigeria that are not the same
Do you think female circumcision aka FGM is right?
Do you think allowing children to beg on the street is right?
Do you think not bowing or kneeling to greet your parents is right?
Do you think sending minors to learn trade (boy boy ) is right?
Do you think not giving female children inheritance is right?
Do you think drinking alcohol in moderation is right?
Do you think child marriage is right?
FGM being right or wrong is more of western influence. It's still being practiced all over Nigeria, just that some are more prone than the others.

Begging on the street is also all over Nigeria but prone in some regions than the others.

Greeting your parents are in different ways, might differ but they all have ways of honoring parents except a minute few.

Those who do this are mostly those who do not have the financial means to send them to school. Majority are sending their children to school now.

Like I said, they have similar cultures but with slight differences

We all can't 100% do the same, just as we have variations in language/dialects.

"Government" is just a name? No Sir.

The government are the selected individuals given the MANDATE to govern and administrate by the people through a fair democratic process. Some government wrest this mandate through coup, war, militancy, brigandage, hereditary monarchy etc. So government is not just a name. It is a mandate given by the people to selected individuals to manage the affairs of a nation. These individuals (civil servants) of the people are expected to build institutions (vehicles) or manage existing institutions to make the nation work for the people. Everybody cannot be government or else there will be chaos.

In a nation where the selected individuals with the mandate to govern fail to build strong effective institutions, that nation will not deliver for the majority of the people. Nigeria is not working for the majority because the state institutions are largely weak and consequently ineffective:

The security institution is weak - hence crime and banditry.
The energy institution is weak - hence power blackout
The education institution is weak - hence poor literacy rate
The health institution is weak - hence citizens still die from malaria a sickness, N500 will cure.

I can go on and on to highlight the failure of statecraft at many levels. Nigeria is not working for the majority of the people. Nigeria is an amalgam of weak institutions deliberately constructed by the selected few to hold on perpetually to the corridors of power (the national cake).

A good Nigeria without good Nigerians is a dream pipe? The majority of Nigerians are good people, so I will reframe this statement:

A good Nigeria without good governance (strong institutions) is a pipe dream.
Government is a name given to selected "Nigerians" from "Nigeria" to lead the rest of us in Nigeria.

They represent and interpret our core values and interests.

So, I repeat, government is just a name. The people in government aren't different from the people they lead.

This is my point when I say government is just a name.

Alot is being washed under this name.

If the majority are truly good, why then is the country the way it is?

Why does the majority always end up being led by the minority?

Reality doesn't agree with you.
Infact, the streets do not agree with you.
majority are selfish people and they most often have the day.

But let’s also remember that morality is relative to culture, religion and societal norm. In a country like Nigeria with wide diversity, what is considered moral in one place might be immoral in another.
Morality in Nigeria is almost similar.

Maybe another country: Yes, but I don't think jumping queue or giving/taking bribe aren't national issues in Nigeria.

These issues are same all over Nigeria.

FEGEITOK:
Nigeria prefers strong men to strong institutions

It is not going to change anytime soon

Nigeria also has a way of destroying moral values.

Ask those who stood in line for hours and saw those who offered as little as 500 or 1000 to the gate men to jump the queue during the last fuel crises.
The last time I queued to get fuel, something similar happened. Someone came in from the "exit" route to cut the line (offered bribe).

God bear me witness, I didn't allow this happen, I was at the pump at the top of my voice making sure he never succeeded. Was able to get few more voices from the queue even to the extent the attendant was overwhelmed.

An average Nigerian is built to cut corners, so most can't stand against anyone doing the same out of guilt.

A strong institution is only possible if those working there are morally okay (from the top to bottom) with the masses ready to comply.

We know what the media did against the government that tried building strong institutions some years back.

what role does the government have in guiding against them? Plenty.

I will use the UK and by implication the USA as an example of the role of the government in such situation. Or better put, the evidence of a strong institution.

In the UK we have HSE - Health and Safety Executive. HSE is a legal act (institution) that guarantee the minimum standard of safety and (health) hygiene of public/private organisations. The managers of the airport toilet know that HSE is a very strong regulatory institution (body) that will not hesitate to impose the appropriate sanction on the airport including closing some section of the airport if not all the airport due to dirty toilets which is a threat to public health. If this happens heads will roll, so the managers ensure the toilets are regularly cleaned. Home and abroad, people mess up toilets. It is not only in Nigeria.

In Nigeria, the toilets are dirty, the officials are largely corrupt, facilities don't work (air conditioning) due to weak regulatory institutions. I can hazard a guess that in the USA, you probably know a body (institution) you would call if your local airport toilet is a threat to public health and you will make that call in confidence that the body will act. In Nigeria, who will you call in confidence to act. Nigeria is a geographical contraption where no one is in charge.
"Government" is just a name.

Nigerians are in these institutions

When we say government, we should know that we are talking about Nigerians.

It's only Nigerians that can strengthen institutions when we all agree to stop being lawless.

Again, I repeat, average Nigerians work in "institutions" and are the ones expected to enforce the so called laws (These average Nigerians are the ones actually breaking these laws by taking bribes, cutting corners or giving bribes).

A good Nigeria without good Nigerians is a pipe dream.

There's nothing like a strong institution if the staff and public servants of these institutions remain with the current Nigerian mindset.

Money121 the money mobilizer!
The man that does not let customers’ money get comfortable in his account, are you selling shares in your business? Asking for a friend because I really admire your business model. Always ready to mobilize funds once the customer pays and avoid n gbati n gbati.

I noticed your advertisements specify you service customers that have already done their woodwork. I like a business that’s not trying to do everything. You’ve identified a specific construction stage (roof installation) to service and you’ve become a specialist, perfecting your delivery for that particular activity. In the midst of no fuel, checkpoint harassments, unreliable workmen, etc; you still deliver. God bless you flenty, flenty, truly impressed.

Unsolicited advice for the year.

Please, by all means, avoid anything that can make you become a regular in any Nigerian court.

If possible, find all means to settle out of court.

The drainage of energy, emotions, time, effort and resources as the complainant is not what I wish for you this year.

One court case is bad enough, not to talk of pursuing multiple cases at once, you will most likely keep feeding the officials of the law. (lawyers etc)

So once your instinct pick a hole in any major decision you are about to take, please take a long break from such decision till you have triple checked. (Could be business, investment or project)

May God order our steps and may we not work for others to spend this year.

I rest my case.

Well I am the Balogun of Russia (if you know you know) and while OP is mostly telling as it is, he may have overlooked some parts particularly in terms of racism.

Yakutsk is the capital of Sakha Republic and the "Russians" there are "different". They are mainly Yakuts and they make up more than half of the entire population. The rest are Russians, Kyrgz and others.

Think of Yakutsk as Kazan - also another capital city of another Republic. There are at least 20 other republics in Russia and this is why it is the biggest country in the world.

So, in these republics, Racism is less prevalent - or at least it's in a different form and that will explain the OP's point of view. They see foreigners/Africans in a different light. Something "exotic" if you will.
Same goes for teaching English in these Republics - you could say that they are less exposed to say "city" people from St Petersburg, Moscow, Ekaterinburg. In Moscow, almost every foreigner (particularly from Britain) teach English and they have established English schools.
My football team coach and his wife both teach english for a living.

The key to enjoying Russia is learning to speak the language and if you want to catch fun 24/7 - Russia is the place to be.
As we say "Moscow never sleeps".

So you're still on NL?
