When did it become fraud to ask for a review before final payment?

Maybe the time it has taken is the issue, review shouldn't be an issue.

It is not the case today. Technology is practically moving at almost the same pace. Automobiles, aeronautics, architecture, everything moves at almost the same pace.

I am not saying aliens did it. I don't have a better theory either.

But I am not close minded. I believe anything is possible.

If you have read Orwell's 1984, you may be convinced that history can be rewritten.

What changed? Taste and Knowledge.

Like someone said above, the wall of Benin Kingdom and also that of China are testaments to what humans can do.(The Chinese own still standing.)

500 years to come, knowledge and taste must surely change again.

We now have robots in various forms doing alot of things unlike 500 years ago

It is not always about "prosperity or poverty".

Criminals come up with all manner of ways to get money from people.

Until you become a victim, you wouldn't really understand how bad these people are.

Some of these apps don't even sound like loan apps, some come with very reasonable names like "Pension estimator" etc.

You download and give permission to the app, few weeks later, you start getting messages that you're owing them and that they will spread your information if you do not pay certain amounts.

The rate yahoo Boys have gone in this country, I doubt we all won't be in trouble in the next 5 to 10 years.

They also own The Radiating Church in Abeokuta.

Run for your dear life if they present you with any business opportunity. They have been owing investors for the past 1 year, blocking them from making comments on the FARMNOW IG page. You will also realise that you can't tag the two of them on Instagram, they disbaled it because of the debts they owe.

To make matters worse, Investors can no longer login to view their investment dashboards.

I plan to storm their church if coast is clear.

to be a Lord you have to earn it,a lazy broke man obviously cannot be a Lord,women are very easy to control for a smart wise man,even if she is richer than you there are things you must still be doing if possible to maintain your lordship,at least pay children school fees or help with the rents,most times lack of communication cause corrosive and toxic attitude in women,I remember first five years of my marriage,it was a rough and tumble affair,so I sat her down to better understand what is causing such abrasive behavior and I discovered that money is the prime suspect,so after doing some arithmetic I decided to give her one two storey building with six flats to be collecting rent,the rent will be used to pay school fees,feeding and other house hold expenses,for the past 15 yrs now there was peace and she worships me like a tin god.some people may be critical of my decision but I value my peace of mind and with 3 children in the university and another warming to enter next year it is a bargin.

And does your children know you're the one indirectly paying these bills?

Adedward you need to either complete his work perfectly or please refund his money if you can't do it.

I doubt people like him can refund, he must have spent the money, hence the delays and use of substandard materials/finishes.

The story is always very similar, once they start posting you and bringing up various excuses, be rest assured that they have spent your money on personal effect.
