Securing a place for herself to the detriment of the home? Not like the man built a house already and she wanted hers too. They couldn't even pay house rent yet she didn't support. How do you people think? khiaa: Lol Yeah it's possible but not probable. As an outsider looking in (me) I can understand a wife securing a place for herself and foreseeing that dreaded day when she hears the words GET OUT OF MY HOUSE, but in the case of this woman I think that she was just being underhanded and deceitful. She had plans to leave the marriage as soon as the house was completed. |
Romance › Re: My Two Years Old Marriage Crash Because Of This...... by somehow: 9:51am On Oct 27, 2017 |
Don't you think a man can only throw a woman out of the house if he knows 100% he's been the sole provider? If both of them have been funding the home, no way a man can take such decision don't you think? khiaa: As incredibly selfish and cold hearted as this woman sounds I can understand where she's coming from. My reasons are as follows.
1. You men bring this kind of behavior onto yourselves with the society and the culture you have created that seems to always favor the man.
The house belongs to the man alone. When you are angry with your wives you tell her to leave YOUR house just as the op told his wife. He expected her to beg him to let her stay but when she didn't beg him he was shocked. She didn't beg because she has provided a refuge for herself. Imagine if the shoe was on the other foot and you were told to get out of your matrimonial home with no compensation and nowhere to go the way a lot of you husband's do your wives simply because he wants someone else.
2. Since your culture doesn't believe in community property (All properties belonging to both husband and wife ) a smart wife would make sure that she has the security of shelter and some funds put away for herself and her children incase shyt happens, otherwise she would be left homeless and destitute.
3. I can't count how many times I have read on here about husbands throwing their wives out of HIS house with nowhere to go simply because he wants to move his girlfriend and his outside children into HIS house.
4. I give kudos to the wives who are wise enough to make her own money and provide for herself and not completely depend on her husband for everything.
5. The down side to this story is the secrecy and not doing her part in providing for the family especially when the husband was having financial difficulties. |

What you quoted still didn't say Abraham tithed his earnings, what he gave was one off and he didn't continue paying it monthly like the rubbish Nigerians are currently doing. You pay an abolish tithe that no early days Christians paid To the wrong people (no more levi in this present day) Tithe paid then was also three types. The one you give to the Levi, the one you give to people around you (orphans/widows e.tc) and the one you eat by yourself. Pay the wrong type of tithe too (tithe was land produce) And at the wrong time too (tithe was paid yearly, 3 years and 7 years) Themandator: Read your Bible again. This time, ask for help
1. Gen 14:20
2. Heb 7:2
You will see what you want to see from the scripture depending on the spirit at work in you. Pick up your bible and start reading from Leviticus and stop cherry picking verses that you quote out of context. |

Abraham didn't give tithe Mr man. What he gave was a one off gift from the SPOILS of war, not from his own properties! Themandator: I don't know where to find freeze but he sure needs further enlightenment on Tithing.
For sure, any view you hold about the word of God you are sure going to find a back up scripture to misinterpret. Tithe is forever God's way of financing his agenda here on the earth. It is not paid or given according to the law of Levite's ... Our tithe are in the order of Abraham ... He is our father in faith and if his blessings are ours , then his works and walks are the sure path to them ...
Abraham never gave his tithe to the Levite but to Melchizedek, the king of peace and righteousness...Titles reserved for the most high God It is the reason Heb 7:8 says tithes are collected here by men who die but it is acknowledged by him of whom it is acknowledged liveth forever in heaven.
Let me stop here
I am a winner. Tithing is our way of rescue And to learn more about tithing and why its no longer applicable in the present day, read up from these sites http://www.askelm.com/tithing/thi003.htmhttps://www.myjewishlearning.com/article/tithing/ |

Prove it from the links I just posted. The founders of these schools are on the links Mr man. I don't really have time to start posting history of some of these privately owned academies but their names are online and readable. This is how I have to say. nwabobo: All the schools there are public schools. Stop grabbing at straws. Just check out these ones: Website www.hazelwoodschool.co.ukThe school was established in 1890 as a boarding school for boys aged 8–13 by Edward Baily and his wife Ruth. Baily bought the land from the Titsey Place estate as he loved the views of the Weald and the Ashdown Forest and thought the site healthy and bracing. The first cohort of 38 pupils was accommodated and taught in a purpose-built Victorian building that remains at the centre of the school today. The Ørestad College will be the first in Denmark to fulfil new educational visions regarding subjects, organisation and teaching systems. |

The academies you posted are mostly of european countries different from that of UK. The ones you listed are specialist schools not the typical primary or secondary schools around in the UK or Europe/US. Funny enough, from the article you posted, the academies being established are being funded by the labor government (national) yet you want to compare it with state runned schools? Secondly schools funded by parents and the public are more like private schools and should be better than state (not national/fed) schools. All over the world, private and fed schools always have more funds/backbones done state/local schools. nwabobo: The coalition government is inviting all schools in England to become academies and encouraging parents to set up their own schools, called free schools. The Academies Bill, which paves the way for these changes, is currently being debated in the House of Commons. The BBC News website examines key questions about academies and free schools.
What is an academy?
Academies are publicly funded schools which operate outside of local authority control. The government describes them as independent state-funded schools. Essentially, academies have more freedom than other state schools over their finances, the curriculum, and teachers' pay and conditions.
A key difference is that they are funded directly by central government, instead of receiving their funds via a local authority. In addition, they receive money which would previously have been held back by the local authority to provide extra services across all schools, such as help for children with special educational needs. This is estimated to range from 4 to 10% of the funds allocated to the school.
Academies do not have to follow the national curriculum. They can choose their own curriculum, as long as it is "broad and balanced".
Don't academies exist already?
Yes, there are more than 200 of them in England at the moment, all secondary schools. They were established by the Labour government, seen as a way of turning around the worst-performing schools and schools in disadvantaged areas.
Under Labour, academies had to have sponsors - who invested up to £2m in return for receiving state funding directly from central government. Sponsors included businesses, church groups, charitable trusts and private schools. New academies were usually established with state-of-the-art buildings and the philosophy that transforming children's environment would help them engage more with learning.
Academies set up before 2007 were able to set their own curriculum, but those which came afterwards had to teach the national curriculum in English, maths and science. Those academies will have to renegotiate their agreements with the government to to get the new academy freedoms over the curriculum.

Academics are higher than primary and secondary schools, that's what it is, so lets compare likes for likes. That's my point. Most of the pictures you posted are that of academics. You can look up the difference online. nwabobo: Bottom line is that in the context of Primary, secondary and tertiary or higher education, the do not offer tertiary or higher education. |
