Give me 5 leadership achievements of Fayose since he's FAR better than Buhari vigasimple: Nigerians deserve the type of leaders they get.
Fayose May not be a perfect person BUT with all due respect, far better than Buhari. If you search your true conscience and not tribal or religious you will agree that half strength Fayose is better than 200% of Buhari as it is.
That said, there are many better persons in all the geo political zones than Fayose, certainly many more better than Buhari.
In my own humble opinion, Buhari is a monumental failure.
If the power must stay in the North, there are very good candidates other than Buhari, Atiku and other usual suspects. |

Do you need to attend university to know how to tap palmy? Wetin oldies dey do with ease for villages.. Not that it's a bad job but to make it look like its something "creative" just cos he's a graduate is wrong. Creativity is doing what unlearned people can't do. Omoluabi16: 'creative' 'something else'. If this isn't creative, then I don't know what is.The man is married and is doing his bit. So what is the problem?? |

How does he make #10k daily from tapping palm wine?
How long does it take to tap 5 kg of palmy? The distance you go to before you get to see a good one to tap?
I doubt this story.
Weird that a graduate will end up doing a job you don't know formal education for. It means your years in the university didn't really reform you. We go to the university to reform our brains and thought process so as to be able to do what unlearned people can't do.
If you went to the university, yet do things as unlearned, then you have wasted time, money and efforts in school. |

I believe you are also foolish too since you're also a Nigerian. You think the presidency is about noise making? With how popular Buhari was, yet didn't get there on 3 occasions. Took alot of merging to get him there. Only a fool would see Fayose winning the presidency when he can't even win 30% of the western votes not to talk of the eastern, southern or the northern votes. 4FACEADELEKE: Nigerians are very foolish and funny. If Buhari can be president, then anybody can.Aside from Atiku, fayose, and somehow Donald duke,I don't see any presidential aspirant that can remove the tyrant Buhari from office. Some talk about competence, which Nigerian politician is competent and corrupt free to rule Nigeria,or is it the youths who are not even ready to rule. The ones that are gamblers, jobless, and politically naive.Nigerians are never realists. All politicians in this country are thieves, they go to mount the podium not to serve but to loot the treasury dry. |

He operated from the wings, then started changing position later in that match. Your point has been made, same with mine, its now left to the coach to do his job come Oct 7th. Mickael2: against Zambia we played Iwobi, we only had one functional wing(MS's wing) and it was hardly functional. Our main play came through the middle mainly |

And when we won the first leg, did we not play our wingers or use the wings? Watch the highlights again. If it ain't broke, no fixing needed. Mickael2: one of our goals was the brilliant interplay between Nacho and Ideye. If you remember that match, you will recall that the Zambians had a lot of joy down the flanks and created many chances, thanks be to God for Ikeme sha. I am making these suggestions solely on how our last match against them panned out. I don't see why a midfield combo of Mikel-Onazi-Ndidi with Iwobi helping out won't be able to hold their own against Zambia! |

You said "if", so what about when we don't? Mickael2: if we win the midfield battle then they will result to long balls to the wings, last I checked our fullbacks are tall and that would be to our advantage.
I said we should attack through the middle not keep the ball in midfield for 90mins, how will you score if you do something like that? |

Will the ball remain with the SE only, when we are not with the ball and they use the wings without our wingers on both sides to support the LB/RB, what then happens? Are you serious? Then maybe all the attempts at goal from Moses and Simon came from the midfield then. Bro, Rohr will decide who gets to play, as for me, I want our wingers to remain and trouble the full backs of Zambia that day. When they have alot to deal with, they wouldn't even remember to forge forward to trouble us. Mickael2: most of the chances we created were not from the wings. VicMo was always running into the middle, only SM was creating width back then. Not to mention that we have enough firepower in the middle with Ighalo's recent form.
Now let me make it easier, if we can manage to keep 60% of our possession in the middle of the pitch, then the Zambians might get 6-7 oppurtunities to make some moves through the wings, that means our fullbacks will only have to sprint 4-5 times each half and they can cope with that well. But if we start attacking through the wings exclusively, then our fullbacks may have to sprint like 10times per half and that's where the problem comes in. I didn't say we won't attack through the wings, just minimal attacks Our 2 goals against Zambia in the first leg came from the wings I think. |

You are talking like they also don't have their own midfielders, can you play within the midfield alone for 90 mins? What happens when they keep sending balls to the wings from the back while the SE pack themselves in the midfield? You want to play within the midfield while exposing your wings? Mickael2: not that we won't attack, no. Have you seen the pace of these Zambians on the wing? Coming up against them on the wing will be a serious problem because we don't have speedy fullbacks who can cope, so the idea is to make sure the bulk of the game is played in the middle of the pitch were we have our own advantage(s) and this can be achieved easily by playing Iwobi(not that MS isn't a good option but the opponent determines the team for me) |
Sports › Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by somehow: 11:38am On Sep 26, 2017 |
So you think we don't need wing play because Zambians use the wing? Seems you have forgotten that our attackers that give opponents problems are wingers? Shehu is fast and Simon too, both can collabo, the only issue here is Ederson. He's not fast, only if Onajzi and Moses are to assist him. The best form of defence remains to attack. Iwobi is not even good at holding ball, that's the job of Mikel, we need our wingers badly since Zambians don't even play midfield football. You neutralize threat with equal threat, not reducing your fire power. Let's just wait and see what Rohr has in stock for us, he's in charge and knows his players better than us.

Nah, the MS of the last 2 matches shouldn't be benched for AI. Doesn't make any professional sense. AI can't even function well from the wings and yes, we are to go out there for a win. No sitting back, we don't want any 89th minutes goal from Zambia. Mickael2: Moses Simon. I don't think we will be going for an all out wing-play against the Zambians and that's why I think he will start. Concerning his defensive frailities, when we lose possession he can easily get into the middle of the picth while Ndidi drops back to the Dmf position, Onazi switches to a LCB while Shehu switches to a WB and pushes high the pitch to start the press, easy thing to do |

This is a match we need all experienced players to execute. Once we win this match, Rohr should be ready to use the last match to cap all the newly invited players. Everyone of them must play the match against Algeria. I think it would be fair this way. ChrisKels: It's so painful, Rohr doesn't rate Onyekuru that highly. I would pick him ahead of Musa, while the later takes Aaron Samuel's place on the standby list, I would also make a chance for Kayode on the standby list. It's his call at the end of the day and that was just my 2cent. |

Plausible and likely the answer! NeuroBoss: You mentioned that he is in a 2x2 compartment. This means that his outstretched hands and legs would touch the parallel walls either way. Jack would simply use the shovel to make holes on the sides of the walls to support his hands and legs and he will do that upwardly till he reaches the top and escapes. |

I don't want to continue this particular issue, so no problem bro. Mujtahida: You coming on too strong. Easy. He prefaced his opinion with a caveat that he has no objections against players from the Northern region and then stated that they lack a certain creative quality for the midfield. It's not folly. It's perhaps a not too well informed view as kog45 has ably demonstrated by reeling out names of players from the Northern region who have manned the midfield. I can as well say most blacks sing and run than whites. It's just a view point which can and should be countered without denigration.
My own ethnic group has not even produced any worthy player(which I know of) for the Super Eagles and I've always wondered why. For someone to say that, is just an observation, an opinion. |
