1. Man is a creation of God. It is made up of dust of the earth + God's spirit (which is same image and likeness as God. God's spirit is not separate from him)

3. Spirit is the unseen part of God creation. The driving force of the universe. It controls the physical (the seen) part.
4. Soul AKA Man. Is formed when the spirit of God enters the physical body made from Dust and it becomes alive.
Soul is body from Dust + spirit from God. As man grows, it grows within man. And experiences life.
5. Death is return to default. The spirit returns to God who owns it and gave it while the body is buried or cremated for it to return to the earth. Even if it is eaten by vultures, it will still return to the earth.
Big question does the soul die? Yes. When man experiences death. The soul ceases to exist. It is just like Voltron. When the five lions come together, they form Voltron. When they disintegrate, Voltron ceases to exist.
Another way to understand it is that when the spirit enters the body, it becomes a soul. When it leaves at death, it becomes a spirit...
And returns to God..it is pure and does not need to be saved from anything. Because it's purpose was to experience life...if it so desires to experience again, it seems another body...and the circle continues....if not, no wahala. We are all spiritual beings having a human experience...enjoy it.
