2. You need to pay it online not at the bank. You will need a card for that, I am uncertain if naira cards can.

Naira cards are unable to do that. Which is why I am asking. I want to know how I'll be able to do this online or if I need to open a dorm account to get a dollar card.

I will be printing my bank statement today been the 29th day and submit my application today or tomorrow. Please oooh am I on the right track?

Form A Update
Form A is an application form designed by the Central Bank of Nigeria to pay for service transactions (invisible trade). Form A is electronically done and does not require your presence.

It can be accessed via

https://www.tradesystem.gov.ng/

Form A is the cheapest means of payment for international students.
Form A is not really easy and it is always advisable that applicants start on time as it may take about 15 working days or more and the processing time depends on the bank. Some banks may take about 30 days or more depending on the already existing queue.

NB: Form A is not only for new students. Returning students abroad can use it.


FORM A SERVICES

The prevalent services it’s utilised for are:

- School fees

- Medical bills

- Training Courses

- Mortgage and others

In the country I reside, Emergency treatments attract no single financial implication until they are done with your treatment.
In Fact, Insurance does a lot for you.
So many are cleared for FREE irrespective of your immigration status. Every delivery of a pregnant woman within 72hrs remains Free irrespective of the mode of delivery. This happens in the best of the hospitals across same country.

Finally, I just want to believe you are not the actual person in that context!
