Politics / Re: Ozubulu Attack, Questions For Gov Willie Obiano And DSS by sonya4all(m): 8:05pm On Aug 06, 2017
StarOfDavid:
How did gov Willie Obiano within a short time know it was a drug fight, is he telling us that he had intelligence report on the impending mass killing?

Why is the media hiding the figures of the number of people who died, afterall it happened in the church and definitely, if they had been shoot in the church, the dead will also be in the church..and will be counted.

Again why was the attack carried out very early at 6.am ?

Again how come police was quick to evacuate the dead?

how come this attack is happening just a day after the circulation of a hate song in the North?

Why has there not been any genuine information story on the incident except the interview Gov Willie Obiano granted which all the media houses are making references to,

All of a sudden we are seeing blogs post comments of faceless people on facebook arguing that it was a drug deal with the priest, who do these people think they are deceiving.

I need answers

stupid fool, read through your texts again after see if you are making sense.... just trying to bring your stupid ethnic sentiments on these innocent people... show some respect.... ezi

Politics / Rochas Okorocha Arrests and jails protesting members of IMO Deaf Association by sonya4all(m): 9:33pm On Aug 01, 2017
hello dear Nairaland family, it's really unfortunate the news I'm hearing tonight

Information reaching me is that Imo State Association of Deaf staged a protest to drive home their demands for attention from the state government.

Typical of of our leaders, the Imo State Government House tried to bribe them with a meagre #200,000 which they turned down. The government even used the governor's daughter and her husband to coerce the association of about 500 registered members to accept an embarrassing sum of #200,000 which could only buy per member a bottle of soft drink. But trust Imoites, they stood their ground, rejected the money and intensified their protests.

The government sent armed policemen after them, spraying tear gas everywhere and injuring many. Thereafter got the association chairman and some excos arrested. Till now, they're yet to be released.

Politics / Re: We Did Not Attack Obiano, He Was Attacked By His Opponents - Ipob by sonya4all(m): 8:26pm On Jul 31, 2017
i still maintain my initial stance, though most of you IPOB sympathizers are denying and blaming the governor or opposition, but I'd like you guys to remember what happened at nkpor, when the governor said that those killed were miscreants planning to attack the state, IPOB decided to put the blame on the governor for not acting or supporting her members that were slain, today again the governor has exercise restraint and you are denying the same people who were disrupting the service while displaying your flags... honestly, i think the brainwashing has gone to its apex.

some Nigerians and their myopic minds, well as a sign language interpreter, i will educate you on the sign, that sign represents F in sign language alphabets, and i believe the man of God was signing FIT to show how fit the both look in the pic...
the picture below shows the Pope signing I LOVE YOU in sign language, i know most of you will also call it Illuminati... i hope i have educated you now, always ask questions before conclusion. sign language is used by Deaf people.

story for the gods, obiano have suddenly remembered the masses because it's election season, as for him and other igbo politicians, all of them combined together can't pull the crowd, respect and social obedience that Nnamdi Kanu pulls, as far as we the voting masses are concerned, all these politicians are only interested in their selves, have no conscience and are sell outs.since we have been voting for them, their bank accounts have been growing while we the voters have been getting worse off,We're not voting come November 18 and they won't force us out of our homes to come and vote. let them rig themselves out, fight and kill themselves and finally go to the tribunals to expose themselves.we're done with Nigerian politicians and their tricks. the only time they know about our existence is during elections, on November 18,we would deny them on the election day.

I'm too busy to explain to you, the height of your stupidity, stop saying 'We' rather say I. because you can't stop myself or others from voting... your god has spoken, so shut up

Sports / Nigeria’s Deaf Eagles Lifts WADFU Tourney 4th Trophy by sonya4all(m): 2:37pm On May 14, 2017
The Nigeria national Deaf football team, Deaf Eagles, have won the 7th West Africa Deaf Football Union (WADFU) Tournament to lift the trophy for the fourth time. The team’s Head Coach, Kamiludeen Banjo, said on telephone from Mali that thecountry defeated hosts, Mali 2- 1 in the final.Eight countries participated in the competition which began on May 5 ended on May 12.Banjo said that Mali had earlier defeated Nigeria 2-1 at the group stage, adding that the Deaf Eagles were able to surmount their opponents in the final.“This is a great feat for the team having missed the last edition in 2016 due to lack of funds and coming back to lift the trophy for the fourth time.“The build up to the tournament was really challenging for the players but I am happy that the players triumphed in the end.“We are truly grateful to our Patron, Emmanuel Ibru, who sponsored the team to the competition,’’ he said. The coach said that the team would arrive in the country on May 16, with the hope that the team would be rewarded by the government.“We have never been rewarded for flying the country’s flag high in the tournament and that is something the players are not always happy about because of their disability,’’ he said. The country won the maiden edition of the competition in 2010 and went ahead to win the title in 2011 and 2013 respectively. The Deaf Eagles were also runners-up in the 2014 and 2015 editions.
