This is known as scientific rigging. ACN stronghold are Edo south and Edo north. these are areas where ACN is dorminant and this might be a delibrate act to frustate the ACN voters from these areas. The most suprising issue is that these missing names where there during the last national assembly and presidential. all of a sudden the names got missing from the register. I hope INEC has not compromised.

The same thing happens to me. I bought Asha 303 for 20k thinking i can use it as a router via wifi hotspot but i cant. i now later discover that the galaxy pocket has a wifi hotspot for tethering. i still beleive galaxy pocket is worth having. am planning to sell my asha 303 to get the galaxy pocket. The galaxy pocket is a must for me.

Am using a 3G nokia Asha 303 as my modem via bluetooth connection with personal area network(PAN). speed at 1.0 Mbps. am enjoying it. But am planning to switch to an andriod phone that has portable wifi hotpsot so i can create my own wireless hotspot

Maleeq: Perhaps there isn't 3G coverage in the area you use it? If the modem in connected to a 2G signal (EDGE, GPRS), the data rate aren't comparable to 3G.

does nokia has any phone product that has a direct mobile wifi hotspot without downloading any 3rd party apps(joikusoft). This is why i want to go for samsung android phones.
