I don't know it in tonnage but double trip of laterite is 8k to 10k in Benin city

1Carpenter per day charge 5k here. If you buy the whole wood once to be boarded all at once it's usually cheaper than boarding, removing and reboarding.
I saved cost in wood and mine has boarded 3times for two 3bedroom flats by 3 carpenters. I paid 45k.
Masons charge 3500 per day. Depending on how many you will use and the extent your carpenter boards.
I'm not a professional, just shared my experience.

98k for welder's labour for only iron bending for lintel and pillar is on the high side.
80pcs of 12mm seems much too for only chain lintel and pillars. Please still ask around

See eh, i wish i was the one paying school fees. You cant plan for food, it keeps piecing your money. I swear if you calculate the amount spent on food and running the house monthly, you will be surprised that school fees comes nowhere close. Meanwhile fathers will only pay school fees, all the other things attached to school, uniform o, projects, cultural day/career day costume, change of shoes, food flask etc doesn't concern them.

This is the case in most Nigerian homes.
Sister, you must save o. Cut down expenses and save o. If you buy fuel 4 times a week, reduce it to once. Reduce orishirishi food. Do everything to save. Try to see if you can do some small side hustles, it will surely help.
